the deductions is not specific to a date. it has been happening for long and the day i posted my complain was the day they removed it and to make matters worse, they remove my remaining 30naira the next day. As am telling you this, its not the first day its more than a year now and to the extend i dont load the line an if i mistakenly load i do transfer to another line. When am not fast they remove #50 every day till noting is on the line. i called CC but all dey could tell me is to send stop to some list of numbers they gave me. And still nothing happens so its not the mater of a specific date of deduction, its been going on a long time. clear any thing you feel cause the deductions then i will give you feedback whether it has worked. the number again:07038458168

My mtn line just went haywire and started asking me to "insert sim",i tried the sim on other phones and its still the same thing,it is my business and main sim in nigeria and i cant afford to lose it.I might have to do a sim swap but dont have the PUK number,as it a very old sim and this would not be my first sim swap,i dont have the security number too.Am really confused.Pls Can i get a solution here?

Mtn, you guys should just create a code that can deactivate the facebook alerts. Not everyone is aware of this thread. Why allow people to activate it in the first place when they can't deactivate it at their own will. It's very annoying, imagine the *510*22# is not even working. While you're at it, here's my no 07031029391 deactivate facebook alerts on it, I'm tired of wasting 25 naira every week.

it seems our nairaland mtn CC cannot help their customers, Nairaland Airtel CC are doing better that you people. All MTN CCs are the same.
I think the best option people is to port out of MTN if you want your number. Its better than to be complaining about an issue while they cant even proffer solution to it. just port kawai!
