stepo707: Learn to think outside the box, never be comfortable with what you earn. When i first came to lagos a couple of years ago, my take home was less than 25k. Some people were comfortable with it, but i wasn't. I branched out and looked for other legit means of supplementing my income. God blessed me and today i'm living my dreams. A lotta peeps that knew me wen i first arrived lagos from owerri, feltcheated that i came and made it in so short a time. All i'm trying to say in essence is that God and hardwork pays. Also, itz a crime for a man to have just one source of income. Shalom. 3 Likes |

Closedoor: You seem real pained like I was personally addressing you. Nobody is talking about privilege here but use of common sense. I have no apology for people who can't use their common sense unless they are mentally challenged. Abusing me won't solve your financial problem (it is my prayer that you don't have any). Talking about street, don't you think starting a business no matter how small the capital is more 'street' than raising 5 million for somebody who Will pay you just 25k I will leave you my friend with this. Look within you are you satisfied with the life you are living? 7 Likes |

Why is all this slave trade stuff coming up know... My believe is Nigerian graduates are half baked no confidence nothing,we cannot even stand up and challenge them.. Banks are better,go to insurance companies and see how graduates are treated, yet they'd keep quiet. Most insurance companies don't even pay. They'd just sweet talk them, saying this was how they started too.... The point is when this things are happening are we challenging them... No we are not,we only rant at their back... 2 Likes 1 Share |

paparazzi1987: It goes beyond if you are not pleased, then resign. How will you resign after you have been exploited for years? Theses bank would promise you all sort of things when you about to join them and at the end of the day, you will end up wasting your whole life with them. I'm a victim, and I must revenge ;NOT JUST RESIGNATION |

echelons:stop saying what you know nothing about, Diamond bank is even worst,I resigned few years ago...Then d pay was 18k monthly, heard they pay 30k now, don't even talk about their commission_its so dehumanising, imagine you earning 0.3% on ur sitting balance(that's the money you bring in and how long it stays) so, if u bring in a million naira, that's 3k commission at the end of the month, and even if the money stays more than 5 years in the bank, u only earn commission on it for just 3months and after that the account is not under u anymore 2 Likes |

The theory of "baboon dey work, monkey dey chop" is so eighties. If anyone still do it, then they are mean. If they can't encourage their staff through good payment, why give them silly targets too? This is just wickedness. Meanwhile: Please, frontpagers, help vote AIPETE 2 in the next round by 9 a.m. to be crowned MISS NAIRAlAND 2015. Just type "I vote aipete2 cc nljega" Thanks. Anyone who chooses to work under such conditions can only hold himself or herself responsible. 25k a month with pressure for target? Why not spend quality time doing research and put a business plan together then use the same energy you use to look for target to look for investors? Na wah oh. What are our youth doing with their brains? 3 Likes |

This is bad o and we have NLC/TUC? All they are after is their personal pocket not minding what people working in private organisation go through and they will be threatening government with their yeye strike. If they are planning any foolish strike, they had better do it alone and not involve us by forcing everybody to stay at home. Awon qualified werey! 1 Like 1 Share |

Helping someone/company to raise N5m and being paid N25k monthly is unheard of. Why not use similar efforts to raise 10% of the money and use it as ur capital I'm sure you will endup earning more than the change you are earning from slave master. To be honest, starting a business is 'always' difficult but perseverance will make u achieve even more than ur expectations. Well that's one part of the story. For those who are pursuing their career in working for people/company, no matter how little your employer is paying you another person/company will soon come and buy your experience with big money. I'm sure you would have forgotten those low income days by the time you're earning big. Better still, save those incomes earned then later start your own business. You will soon be paying workers N25k too #No2FCMBandUBA #ModernSlavery |
