Henry120:1. Never said it was the best, I said it was one of the best! 2. Our objective was never to protect the capital, and yes we killed +- 800-1000 3. 11 are in Service, if you count the one held for testing, and we will get more thanks to the Defence Review. 4. Fact-less opinions 5. Nope only later models of the lynx were able to fly inverted. "When the Rooivalk first came out, it was the only helicopter in the world that could fly upside down." http://www.military-intellisense.com/air/ah2rooivalk.html Again its funny how you reject South African links, but proclaim all Nigerian sources to be fact. 5 Likes |

AugustineAgain: Can you not see me doing exactly that? I am continuing. There is nothing wrong with being a military enthusiast. Most people on the forum are. But it shows a great deal of mental sickness when you come here and say "you are a military researcher who works with former U.S fighter pilots" That is mental sickness. Same researcher who makes the MAMMOTH mistake of not being able to identify his own country's uniform . I'll tell you why you did it. Because when you were growning up with your ba...b...ba...bad stutter the other kids didn't want to play with you. Now you assume an online persona that you think will amaze and impress others, simply to make up for the attention you never got while growing up. No one can physically kick you off any forum, but stop fvcken lying. You do not "sit in an office with former fighter pilots". 4 Likes |

bidexiii:Go read the whole article before you making a fool of yourself: "It was probably the best helicopter in the world, and when it first came out" Meaning when the Rooivalk was introduced in the Early 90s it was probably the best. And yes the Rooivalk was the only helicopter able to preform a backflip, here another source: http://www.military-intellisense.com/air/ah2rooivalk.html "When the Rooivalk first came out, it was the only helicopter in the world that could fly upside down." |

saengine: Stop displaying your petty South-African ignorance you m0ron. Your petty ignorance is becoming irritating. Here's a Nigerian officer attending sandhurst with the uniform of the military college. It isn't out of place to make a similar conclusion. http://news2.onlinenigeria.com/news/top-stories/327254-nigerian-officer-cadet-noel-shekoduza-moses-awarded-queen’s-medal.html 2 Likes 1 Share

bidexiii:Let me say this for the last time, earlier Apache models for example the Apache AH-64A were not able to preform a backflip same with the Lynx models. The Rooivalk was the only helicopter in the world, in the early Nineties able to preform a backflip/Fly inverted. |

Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by patches689: 12:12pm On May 20, 2015 |
Henry120: - Its the best helicopter for our needs and one of the best in the world - Seleka only took the capital after asking us for a cease-fire - the 500,000 man SADF needed 32. The 90,000 man SANDF needs 12 - with 11 in service - Out performs the T-129 despite carrying MORE LOAD and please tell us how the avionics are substandard and the radar is obsolete - Rooivalk has been around since the 1980's in varying forms, just like the Lynx You reject them because they shatter your world |

Henry120: Dont waste one single more movement of your fingers replying to me if you aren't able to tell me which one of your facts are facts. 26 Gripen pilots in 2013 or 6 Gripen pilots in 2013. Understand? Good. You see how you found a link and article regarding that Nigerian officer linked to the pic you posted? Your fellow Nigerian just saw two black males standing infront of a chopper and jumped on it. "Nigerian student pilots in Turkey" So much for military "research". 2 Likes |
