Also, like Tvegas mentioned, if you're not sure about something, then I'm not sure why you feel so compelled to come on here and want to sound like an authority. A child can be born in Sambisa Forest as far as he has either parents as american citizens he will be fine. He wasn't just born in panama, he was born at the coco solo naval air station which like all consulates/embassies is US soil.

if your parents are Nigerians or even one of your grandparents you can be a citizen of nigeria.
