According to @Pateches, Taliban is stronger than USA + UK + NATO combined grin grin

You see why South African brains have remained 2nd bottom of the world rankings for second year running?

Even Togolese are smarter than Southies shocked shocked
.
. The Taliban were defeated.

They were removed from power in fact they never had full control of the country.

Forced not fight and defeat their enemy but for the mind sets of locals!

I should post that video of a tali.ban fighter being hunted by a Cobra attack helicopter!

I don't know. The guy who shared photo, has introduced it as Nigerian students in Turkey. I just quoted what He typed as a source. Anyhow, Turkish military has been training more than 30 countries students under NATO regulations. They may be some of them.

Nigerian Turkish relations have been improving every passing years. The leaders are occasionally meeting with eachothers and creating a market for mutual benefits. It is planned to increase total trade to 2 billion $. Who knows What they have signed in last visit

but It is understood that Nigerian leaders are seriously interested in Turkish military gears, especially land sector such as armoured vehicles. In this circumstances, Otokar Tulpar IFV may serve perfect to Nigeria, since It has a Stanag 6 level protection and best choice to hunt terrorists.

The Chief of Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshall Adesola Amosu, has stated that with the knowledge and experience gained in the ongoing war against the Boko Haram sect in the North-east, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) is fast developing a smart approach to counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency operations with the increasing capacity to monitor, control and alter multiple conflict situations from a control room in Abuja.

Amosu noted, saying: “You may have few aircraft, but have one or two airborne aircraft giving you all the necessary intelligence and when necessary, and you can therefore deploy aircraft to counter those movement.

Another technology that falls within the NEC, he said, is the T129 attack helicopters,

Nigeria is in the process of acquiring the T-129 for it's Network Enabled Combat Capabilities program.

Nigeria also has over 209 Otokar Cobra 1's in service.

Any balanced navy has submarines!

Many powerful navies have no Submarines. Instead they have anti-submarine capabilities.

Morocco has the most powerful warship in Africa but no submarine. The cost of the Morrocan destroyer can buy 3 submarines.

Belgium is a NATO member, her navy has no submarine.

A balanced navy will have an aircraft carrier.

There is no balanced navy in Africa

Having single powerful warship doesn't mean your navy is balanced or capable.

Any balanced navy has submarines.

The best solution is for America and Britain to come and learn COIN warfare in Nigerian army academy, we will show them that a black power has can do what white powers have failed to do with all their superior technology and huge numbers of sophisticated weapons/equipment

It doesn't control the whole Afghanistan!

They were removed power!

They didn't even control the whole country during their reign.

Nigerian army academy or South African contractors?

There's no sharing!

Aircraft carriers are part of the surface capability!

Aircraft carriers are not for surface combat, they are for air power, fleet air arm for air superiority.

Naval warfare is sub-surface, surface, and fleet air arm.

Some countries navy is in shallow waters and need no submarine like Bolivian navy.

Naval air power for air superiority, that is needed to prevent a powerful enemy air force from sinking your navy with long range aircraft launched anti-ship missiles like the Exocet and high powered anti-submarine aircraft like the ATR-72.

Britain would have lost Falkland war without aircraft carrier.

A balanced navy has at least one aircraft carrier.

There is no balanced navy in Africa.

As long as Taliban controls huge lands in Afghanistan, there is power sharing with the government.

Taliban territory is under Islamic law, not common law.

Surface and sub-surface!

Regardless of the aircraft operated on the platforms they're surface vessels or boats!

And oh you do realize today's warships are more dangerous to aircraft?

They don't share nothing!

Taliban a former government holds small pockets of lands, and doesn't have tight grip on them. Mostly running them from the shadows.
