The banks success depends on its deposit base and how much it lends out from that base (the job of marketers)

Cons

Stress of searching for customers

Pressure to meet targets

Failed promises from contacts

Insults from superiors when target are not met

High possibility of sack when you fail (do not meet targets)

Waking up and thinking of deposits and risk assets (not much fun).

Discuss your CV in clear, truthful and simple terms. Discuss your self in a honest way, discuss others especially colleagues, customers and the system in a synthetic way (high level of understanding. Took a week between EXCO chat and medical invite.

I just recieved an email invite for lagos interview( I applied for abuja). Have sent them a mail to change the time(its on thursday) and also d location plus the position. I received an invite for personal banker though I applied for enquiry officer. Wnt to be sure if they would get back to me

It appears all the interview take place at Lagos. I did mine on 18th April in PH but couldn't attend the interview.

Same here bro. Test on 18th April but couldn't attend the interview at Lagos for business banker. The notice period is too short. I hope they honour my request for a reschedule.

@18Wheeler, is it normal to receive a mail (indicated below) after doing Exco Chat and Medical Examinations. Does the mail mean soft rejection, another opportunity, or mistaken identity? Cos it was sent by ResourcingUnit and not PBBResourcing that sends mail for assessments and interviews.

Guys, whats your take on this issue, considering the candidate has done Exco Chat and Medical Examination. Note the candidate know his/her medical history and status and is in the ALL CLEAR.

Sadly, its a notice of rejection for the role you applied. But you'll be considered for another role when a vacancy is created.

Yea I know but not me. The mail said I will be considered for another vacancy. so medicals is not the case. I have had my closure in my heart and moved on. I wish them well.
