its a Nigerian rap battle league I'm in. its like kotd, they pay us after each battle.
The dude I'm brawling is called Venomous. I heard he's even coming from delta state, and the duel is this Saturday.
Work didn't give me enough time and room to prepare,so I just want to memorise a verse for round one, then freestyle for round two and three.

like alot of rap battles take place in Lag o.sad Mhen PH is really dull,very few platform,only leriq father is trying to bring up platform...if u care to tel,hw much for each battle,if u win.cheesy? And any record deal attached to the person who wins the league at the end of d competition?

There aren't many rap/rap battle platforms in Lagos as you think. All the battles i had were inter-collegiate competition, in the school canteen or in the streets.

As you know the league is a private enterprise run by a sole proprietor for now. He(Vato) is still sourcing and seeking for sponsors. As at now, only Gala have even looked twice at his proposal letter. They would be sending 2 reps on Saturday to review what they would be sponsoring..

as for the payment? like I told you, its a new league and Vato is practically paying us from his pockets.
I can't say but just know its more or less a stipend..cheesy

the total amount of people that are gonna be in attendance is 45 minus camera-men and organisers..The tickets have been sold out already and still on sale everyone's anticipating and I don't even have a single trace of zest in me to memorise my lyrics.

Haha! She engaged Ishi.love in a verbal e-duel for calling out one of the Kardashians useless and they went back and forth with the duel until she got banned. She then came up with one long epistle ehh. And the thread got locked moments later. The deal is, the ban is unwarranted as they both came out for each other and even if it's deserving a week it's too long a time. Simple.

I saw the thread and it was locked before I could comment. I didn't think it was necessary though.

What happened to quietly sending a mail and thrashing things out with the Mod?

I didn't think it was necessary for us to know about their brawl.

To me its a case of two conflicting egos meeting at a cross road.

And the stronger one prevailed.

I hope you get what I mean. smiley

Yes, the stronger one emerged victorious by virtue of her emplacement. I only think that the retribution metted out on her is undeserving of her wrongdoings. One week is too long na.

Sure she could have channel her grievances via the right channel but I guess she's too egoistical to condescend to that level.

The funniest part of it all is that she created another thread with her misssjenna account regarding same issue and got banned for 10years, like till 2025. I don laugh taya. grin
