Other way round; Who's responsibility is it when a teenager impregnates a girl? According to Romanceland rule section 1(1)a When there is a sexual relationship between two parties, the parties that 'enjoyed' the process shall be held liable for the outcome. 1(1)b In a situation whereby the girl is lured into such ignoble act, the silence of the girl on such matter shall be equated to acceptance of the act 1(1)c On a situation whereby the 'impregnator' is not matured to take fatherhood responsibility, his parents shall be held responsible for the provisions of the 'impregnatee' |

Dearie to what I can say,the both parent are to b blame When a mother fail to do her work, the father helps out no matter what it is. That's y they r parent without the father, they won't be a child n without the mum they won't b a child so it's they both responsibility N they way u also bring up ur children matters. |

The kids fault Since she wasn't raped. At the point of the kid having sex, she knew it was completely wrong as this is an act she can't take out to the public or tell her parents. No matter the admonishing of some parents, some kids will still get it wrong. What of kids who nobody ever told them. But with common sense they weighed the consequences. |

I blame them all. The Father because as the administrator of his household it his job exclusively to make sure his wife turns up in her duties towards all his children. He should be there for the children too. The Mother because the daughter/kid has got her as her first role model. Those fledging years of her daughter should be hers completely to direct. Both the parents because bringing up their children in the ways of righteousness is a divine responsibility on their part as a married union. The kid because she is old enough to know that sperm fertilises egg. Biology thought her so. Sunday school too. Her legs weren't forced open. The partner/boyfriend because he inserted his pen.is inside the kid's vag.ina unforced and the inevitable occurred. |

zenith4biz: Section 1(1)b Law of Contract: See case of Felthouse V Bindley, silence doesn't mean acceptance. Section 1(1)c Law of Agency: Quid Facit per alum Facit per se: He who does an act through another is said to have done it through himself... Well the parents didn't commit the act through their son neither did the son commit the act through his parents so they can't be held liable as they aren't the principal. 1 Like |

The parent for not training her in accordance to being responsible social child. The girl, for not being wise enough to know what she's doing in the secret is not worth it If she has taught of future Freedom. But is not a mistake anymore is now n experience, if she likes it,she train her kid also DT why. Life nowadays is so simple. |

RomanceLander:both parents, the kid n the boyfriend. For the father-research shows that 90 percent of the girls that have a strong relationship with their father are confident, couragous n have self love-thus they dont need a man to make them fill whole.A girl that doesnt have a close relationship with her dad go out looking for a masculine affection she wants, she wants to explore the opposite sex.So men that dont spend quality times with their daughter... The mother-at the of 10,the mother is meant to give her daughter sexuality education n tell her why abstinence is the best. 3.The kid-if the father n mother failed in their responsiblity, then her school ought to have taught her.Sexuality education is a topic in all schools. And her religion would have taught her abstinence is a good option. 4.The boyfriend-for mistaking his emotions for love n nt having dignity for her body |
