Remember his reference to 1960 situation that worked which recognized different zones...Scotland had referendum which favoured a stay back in UK but they have some reasonable autonomy too from the centre...

No way! Nigeria is a flawed union. Nigeria has shown that it is not interested in a country built on justice, equity, freedom and trust. Our demands since the 1930s have repeatedly been rebuffed while the other region get whatever they desire at will. Enough is Enough. If Nigeria state really want Unity, it must agree for Fiscal Federalism and Resource control, and the 1978 land use decree must be annuled. Then we discuss other things. Otherwise, we shall insist on Referendum!
