Jesusdway. The sakat...... (you get) requires that i should have submitted my EE profile which i have not done yet because of the MPNP. What do you advise i do?

Madam de Madam! cheesy Its a bit dicey. I will say you continue to check their site to know when they will open it(Saskatchewan) and the requirements. Use this period to determine if you are willing to forgo MPNP if there's a possibility of being chosen by Saskatchewan. Iif you so decide, then quickly submit your EE and get your codes, and when the application opens, you apply. You may not bother yet about MPNP since you applied for EE after applying for MPNP

It could be either the funds you quoted or if you indicated you don't have ECA of your qualification. Another is that you are supposed to get a 67/100 on the fsw scale before you can be eligible. Use the below link to check:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
From the fsw scale, my point is 69
Here are my details.
ECA :bachelor degree
IELTS:
S:6.5
L:6.5
W:7.0
R:8.0
Work history :2years+2months
Adaptability: Maternal Uncle in Ontario
Age:22-27
Marital status:Very single(but searching lol)
JesusDWay.
Am Still very surprised on this.

Hi Guys,

I applied for the EE alone because my husband was not keen on sitting for the IELTS and getting a ECA. My question is, if I eventually get ITA and PR would it be easy for him to join me later? If yes, under what program can one file for a spouse as a permanent resident?

Except you indicated that he's not going with you, your application already caters for the two of you. If you indicated he's not coming with you, he may have to come later under spousal visa, I heard that today, don't know anything about it

What amount did you quote as proof of funds? That may be where the issue is cuz sometimes ago, the increased the amount and even some who were in the pool already became ineligible because of it

While on the "come to Canada" tool, I selected CAD 11824-14719.
Then on the express entry form, I stated CAD 11900.
Could this be the issue?

It's all on the CIC site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp

But...

(Please note that this info does not apply to the Federal Skilled Trades Program)

1) Determine your eligibility by doing this CIC quiz http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.

How does CLB match back to the language tests? That info is here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp

3) Get your qualifications assessed by doing an Education Credential Assessment. Details here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp

4) Determine the code that best applies to you on the National Occupation Classification (NOC) list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp

The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.

5) When you have those in hand you create your express entry profile. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp and register for the Job Bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng

You'll be given points based on your age, education, number of years work experience, and language skills. The points system is detailed here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

You'll be in a pool with thousands of other applicants http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/pool.asp

Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.

6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:

a) Have your application fee (C$550 for principal applicant) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp

b) Identify how you will provide proof of funds http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

c) check out what is required for the police certificates http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

d) find out how long it takes to get a date for the medical exam. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.

f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live

Hi Is it possible for me to apply to WES to have my results checked without having done any application?

I intend to sit for IELTS by August, I will like to know if I can have my transcript sent to WES now, my school knows how to delay in all these kind of stuff, so that hopefully by September they would have even sent the second verification response to WES. Please what do you guys advice?

Also does you class of degree matter?

MPNP under the Expression of Interest System – Draw #1 – May 20, 2015

Skilled Workers in Manitoba

Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 76

Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 700

Skilled Workers Overseas

Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 75

Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 607

PLEASE NOTE:

1. For reasons which could include a large existing inventory of un-assessed applications; low labour market-demand; and/or significant barriers to labour market participation, Expressions of Interest from Skilled Workers Overseas in the following occupations have not been considered in this draw:

Registered Nurses
Secondary and Elementary School Teachers
Vocational and College Instructors
University Professors
General and Specialist Physicians

2. If your score is higher than that of the lowest-ranked candidate, but you have not received an Letter of Advice to Apply, this could be because:

You have indicated that you have taken a n approved third-party language test to demonstrate your language ability in English/French, but have not provided a valid Test Number in your EOI
You have indicated that you have received an Invitation to Apply to the MPNP under a Strategic Initiative, but did not provide a valid Invitation Number
You have indicated that you are working in an occupation that is considered regulated and are fully licensed to practice in your profession or trade in Manitoba, but your occupation is not regulated.

Please note that for each question in EOI, help text is available, providing detailed information on the information you should enter. If one of these scenarios applies to you, you may wish to update your EOI with the correct information in order to be considered for the next draw from the EOI pool.

what actually is required from the university when WES sends them an email for verification or confirmation? Do they prepare any document or just respond to the email verified or not verified? i am feeling someone wants to job me.
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by abyurla(f): 8:05am On May 22, 2015
You can not submit your EE profile without IELTS And WES ECA anyway so yea go Ahead and process your transcript and ielts asap. If you submit without those two, you'll be ranked as ineligible.
Class of degree does not matter

Hello everyone,

I need help please. I have a BSC in Accounting , plus a professional certificate (ACCA) which is the awarded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK. However there is a Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) between ACCA and CGA Canada (Certified General Accountants). I have applied to CGA and will be getting the certificate in a few days time. So my question is this. Does the certificate from CGA qualify for points under the requirement of a "Certificate issued by a Canadian territory"?

Is there anyone in my same situation? I plan to include it because it adds a whooping 50 points to my CRS score.

Hey Guys

Just wanted to let the house know that I received a mail from CIC stating that my visa is ready for pickup. They requested that I send them my passport as soon as I can

My FSWP timeline is as follows:

2. Jan 19, 2015 Received my PER
3. Mar 3, 2015 Invitation for Medicals and payment of Permanent Residence Fee
4. May 22, 2015 Visa is ready for pickup

It appears that the US office is much (I currently reside in the states).

Best of luck to everybody awaiting their visas

I'm afraid certifications does not count towards the programs but it will give you an advantage on relocating there.
