I do not think there is any supplement that is approved by the proper medical authority for the treatment of PCOS.

What are your specific concerns or symptoms of PCOS.

You can manage the signs/symptoms thought.

If you are overweight, loose weight. If you are diabetic, loose weight and eat diabetic friendly diet; if fails, get on metformin.

If you have dysfunction uterine bleeding (or menses), then you will need contraceptive- obtain from your doctor.

I am not really sure how effective hepantivir is or if you really need to do perform HBV DNA at this point.

I will dig some research and see if I come up with any information on the drug.

You should be permitted to travel outside the country. Hepatitis isn't an air-borne contagion, it is blood borne.

The results of your hepatitis tests should not change your life or the way you live it EXCEPT for to practice universal precautions for safety including use of: condoms and gloves.

OK. Here's the thing: Hepatanivir drug that you mentioned is around 80% effective.

However, before you invest in treatment, it is recommended that you get HBV DNA because it will determine if you should receive the treatment or not. It is also used to monitor or tract your response to anti viral treatment should you get one.

Here is your test result in recap: (please correct me If I am wrong)


core IgG= positive --> suggests chronic state
surface antigen= positive --> suggests active replication (this is what makes you active; therefore need HBV DNA to determine how 'active' (or extent of active virus) and determines the need for treatment.
surface antibody= negative --> suggests no immunity
e (infectivity) antigen=negative--> not actively infectious
e (infectivity) antibody=positive--> not actively infectious (this is what makes you chronic)



Treatment is recommended if you are in active liver failure (this will manifest with symptoms) OR

If you have high copies of HBV DNA >20,000.

I suspect you are in Chronic active state. Therefore, do invest in HBV DNA test to determine how "active" you are. Generally, if >20,000 copies of HBV DNA, it is recommended you start anti viral.

Honestly, since you were able to get pregnant in the first place, it means your cillia is functional.

You probably need to relax and get this TTC event out of your mind and let it happen naturally and when it is suppose or meant to happen.

Let it go okay? I know it's easier said than done. If I were you, I would not get IVF just yet. I would figure out why you miscarried at 11 weeks and go from there.

The point is: you CAN get pregnant naturally; unless something drastic has changed or happened since you last were pregnancy.

I would hold off on IVF until I have fully investigated issues surrounding your fertility as I am not convinced it's your cilia so to speak.

Try stress management techniques.

How long have you had this wound and why is it not healing yet? Is it oozing or discharging fluid?

Nothing can 'rid' the HBV. It just suppresses viral shedding and load; which slows down progression to liver failure and cirrhosis.

Complete cure from HBV requires liver transplant.

But d issue now is, I had my last period on the 17th of April which usually last maximum of 2 days and had an unprotected sex on the 7th of May but took Postinor2 some hours later.
