get autoloader for your device from any official version of 10.3 load up problem solved

Hey guys I have an issue with my Q10- the issue is that a-times it incessantly restart itself and if I dare take of the battery and insert it again it takes me up to 2 to 3 hrs trying to boot it up. Initially I thought it's battery but despite replacing it the problem continued, I even went as far as reinstalling the OS but all amount to no success. What really could be the problem? Pls help cause not too long I ordered it. I'll be grateful for any worthy solution. Thanks.

branded BB10 devices mostly update only when the network provider has released the updates irrespective of which network the device is now connected to via unlocking

secondly, since you have a recent autoloader already, there's a likelihood your OS version is higher than the current official version from ATT, thats why you're not getting an update push

I now realize why they won't allow third party browser cos it a browser that is fast, support downloading, and above all it smart

Just bought a passport and kinda disappointed about the lack of onscreen QWERTY Keyboard.... @walcom @reeky and others do u know which third party app I can use with the passport.... not really comfy with the physical keyboard

Dude, ill suggest you do a bit of google-ing and youtube-ing to learn how to use the keyboard on that beautiful beast, then come back here and testify.

Lol.... it's a beast nah.... but I'm kinda used to full touch screen keyboard though... I thought the passport was also part of the plan too till I bought it two days ago... I just hope the next update comes with the qwerty onscreen keyboard for passport

nah..lol.. Don't expect any update to come with onscreen keyboard. What you are holding in ur hands is one of the best phones in the world with the best innovative keyboard. You can do just about anything with it, even fry akara
Just kidding. point is, you'd get no better typing experience on any other phone as you would get on the Passport. Its just as if you are using the onscreen keyboard, but with much more effizy. Give it time, you'd get used to it.

BlackBerry allows all comers...it's the developers of the apps who have not got around to developing the BlackBerry 10 version of their browser. Like you said though, the BlackBerry 10 browser kicks the butts of all other mobile browsers
