Your age is calculated based on the documents you submitted to gain admission eg WAEC result. At the time of mobilisation,your age would be calculated basedon that. If you are above 30yrs,you woukd be exempted. So if at the time you would be mobilised for service,andyou are up to 30yrs. You would not be mobilised...

u can serve anytime u like so far u graduated before 30yrs of age! I mean if ur final senate approved result is before 30yrs of age....u ar far far more qualified! nysc make use of date of graduation in respect to date of birth not date one is mobilized!

Please I graduated in November 2013 but my school senate approved our result in January 2014 then i was already 31yrz. Would I still be mobilized for NYSC

If you read Section 2 of the NYSC act the age is calculated at your graduation and not mobilisation so that means if you graduated being under the age of 30 then you can serve even at the age of 45

a friend of mine was born on the 1/07/1985 and her result was approved on the 5/05/2015. with dis calculation, she was 29yrs and 290days old during graduation. she is sitting on her 30years now. can she still serve? urgent response pls

yea.its same age 1983.i have bought the waec pin and try to change it.evrytn went well but i wanted to delete the age in waec so i can type in the current age,it cant delete for me to change it.av tried to no avail.

I doubt if dt will b possible.

but dob in my birth certificate was 1983.when i wantd to check my name in senate list i used 1988 and i saw my name .it also worked with 1983.am so sad.
