Gopulence:Did you say I am living a fake life? I think there is something wrong with that statement. I would rather say it is a mistake from you than to asking for an explanation from you. Indeed, I don't like to engage somebody like you who is completely a braggart in nature. If you have nothing to say, please, give me a break! |

I'm having some headache this early morning, possibly caused by trying to eat a Nigeria food with some pepper in it the previous day. Hot pepper might be rich in vitamin B but it is not highly recommended for a healthy life. It is time Nigerians quit using hot pepper in most of their cooking. Jeez! |

Boiled Yam and Ugwu stir-fry (sunflower oil, onions, tomatoes, ugwu, eggs, Maggie, and salt) served with fried plantains and roast beef. For those who aren't keen on the ugwu / pumpkin leaves stir-fry, scrambled eggs, broccoli, and stew with roast beef served as the alternative. Fruits: a mixture of oranges, Clementines, and plums. babyosisi: all4naija: Hmm I love pepper. For me, it has no nutritional value but it goes so well my Nigerian palate. I only use small pepper when I'm cooking for others too. But if I'm gonna eat it alone, I don't play with the pepper. My body is used to it. No kind of reactions whatsoever. 3 Likes |

all4naija: Why should we quit using pepper? It's about preference. And hot peppers burns fat/calories too and very effective I'll be sick without pepper in my food. Moderation is the key here. 3 Likes 1 Share |
