lol! give us proof that mtn is black owned please. mtn is not evenly entirely owned by south africa.

all SA companies abroad are anglo-dutch. e.g dstv, shoprite, game, chicken republic , which is dying out of nigeria, anyway.

zulu and co will be killing hard working foreigners while continuing to be slaves of the perpetual masters.

This is true and I fully support especially the last sentence.

good to knew we are now on first name basis.

so in all your years of schooling, you wish to convince me of the ownership of mtn by telling me her Chief executive officer is black ?

funny, funny , funny. MTN is a public liability company open to the public to buy shares. that's why you cant put a name to its owner like shoprite, or dstv.

and since you guys are wallowing at the bottom of the economic pool, it is safe to conclude the anglo-dutch, your overlords bought all the shares.
let me teach you a bit MTN is a state own public company that started operating after 1994 that is run by (PIC) in full Public Investment Corporation, the state own 50% through PIC and TELKOM and the remaining shares are in hands of BEE, AA and BBBEE which are black pension funds holdings, black own companies like SHANDUKA they also came to buy shares on MTN nigeria and the are there shares are own buy management. Same applies to VODACOM that was fund by the state own entity TELKOM and sold 50% to VODAFONE and later on TELKOM listed their 15% to the public

alright kleinfontein.

but you shouldn't worry about kicking my ass.

what you need worry about is your perpetual servitude in your own country. kick the asses of the ones that own and run 80% of the economy and 90% of the land.

and do something about kleinfontein.

success on your exams.

Nope, we just only need some quick cash and Nigeria is always the solution.
and what is "we".

common, you and your fathers don't own nothing in south africa.

you feed from the crumbs falling off the table of the anglo-dutch like lapping dogs.

SA giant firms are anglo-dutch owned, whom i term economic asylum seekers fleeing Zulu and co because the ANC is bullying them to fill up the hierarchy of their own companies built by their sweat and blood, with 75% lazy blacks, whose only qualification is being a Zulu, Tswana Bantu or Xhosa.

so Nigeria has become an investment haven for the Afrikaans, who are scurrying and setting up shops even in boko haram's region.

i think they have come to the realization that boko haram is like a training session compared to Zulu savagery. lol.

your friend mzilikazi didn't mention S.A government as part of mtn owners.

he said they are owned by the public and private tycoons of business. if he or you had mentioned S.A government the argument on mtn wont linger .

all the companies that are in Nigeria from south Africa is either the company is black own or is complying with the BEE and what would those companies benefit from that, they benefit the governmental watch out, which is the governments protection, political and financial.....political you find that the legislation always favours them and financial you find that most of the tenders are given to them so those companies enjoy the BEE example Naspers is the own of pay TV and DSTV they are the members of BEE were almost 30% shares are black own which 15% of them are run by PIC, so they benefit this way, they have the support from government they have the rights to broadcast SABC channels including the two new channels.

We are aware that all big companies are bbe compliant and the government is mandating them employ 75% blacks into all hierarchy.

we also know this has made a lot of expert and professional anglo-dutch to be employed on a freelance bases as the companies struggle to keep to the government mandate or else licence renewal would be denied or government witch hunting might be unleashed.

oh that!

dangote is Africa's richest man by a long stretch and a private individual who has investments in 16 african countries.

he invested a record sum into south african economy and he is also the richest black man on earth.

His is not BBE. It is hard work and shrewdness. you should cheer him too.
Re: This Ghanaian Just Finished Nigeria On Instagram by vandalZA(m): 9:17pm On May 24, 2015
There are things that media don't talk about wen they talk about the black south African improvements after apartheid. Let me start with the number of millionaires. it took 300years for white south Africans to have 35000 millionaires but it took 20years for black South Africans to have 7000 millionaire make the calculations to check the ratio rate of growth a year comparing the two.

Businesssad1) the biggest IT company in Africa by the name of GIJIMA, is own by a black south African the GUMEDE GROUP (2) 90% of the Mc Donald south African (franchise) is black south African own (3) 75% of KFC (franchise) is black south African own the list is endless I will continue wen I have time

its been said all over that Dangote his been groomed by the government that's why he dominate the cement sector the government doesn't allow foreigners to enter the sector, so that is called empowerment.

It is called protection of local industry.

countries all over the world have areas where they do not give licence to foreigners to operate. like Mzilikazi said foreigners can't buy shares in mtn south africa.

still Nigeria is a big and huge country with many local players. dominating here and 15 other African countries is no small feat. it amounted to visionary and business acumen.

nope, it took 21 years for south african blacks to transfer white wealth into a very few black pockets.

in fact your BBE is a massive corruption where government and few black individuals enrich themselves from the wealthy whites and their companies. where shares in white firms are open to few blacks to become over night millionaires.

it is government soft blackmail against the anglo-dutch.
