Daylight Robbery!

I love Fashola . . . appreciate is pragmatism and all, but those, if correct, are over-inflated contracts. #peppersouppots#kokoobe

Renovating a house for N500m?!

Building a school at an average of N9.165 million Naira/classroom?! Well I'd like to know if cost of land was inclusive (which is not), and in which part of the city?

Borehole for 70m bucks?! WTF?!

Take a look at number 240. 210 Million for a cobbled road in Abijo GRA residential scheme?? This is large scale fraud. Yes the projects are competed but go check out the length, quality and impact. No one lives in Abijo GRA.

The borehole got me. At least I know about boreholes. Please note that any industrial borehole that cost more than 15m at max is A SCAM. The said amount is too much for crying out loud. I could figure all these contract are over quoted at 5X of the normal reasonable costs.

It's high time the youth started asking questions. For get politics and regional sentiments. The future of the youths are being mortgaged. This is damning too much. I wish this is not true.

For the cost of that borehole thing, i guess they want to channel the water directly from river thames in London. Kindly bear.

MrMcJay:
This space is dedicated to Chief T.A Orji, the best performing governor of our time. He has turned Aba into a tourist attraction for people researching on migration of maggots from bushes to cities.

I also want to acknowledge Chief Martin Elechi. He is the most youth-friendly Governor. He is so youth friendly that his last son is a 40-year old youth.

Also worthy of mention is Otunba Ahaji Dr Chief Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala, JP, CON, OPC. He is a very social governor. He even attends birthday parties of 1-year old toddlers instead of University convocations.

We also acknowledge Dr Peter AY Fayose, the gentleman of Ekiti. He is truly an angel. Last year, he gave 12 cups of rice and a pigeon to each adult resident in Ekiti. This year, 4 families may share a pigeon, dollar don cost.

All these Governors performed better than Fashola.

See this mum.u

You could have mentioned Akpabio or Ibrahim Shema

The question was at what cost? At the cost that worth 2 or 3 of a similar project of same magnitude? I love Fashola but questions should be asked about the cost to Lagosians. The leader must be held accountable for every Kobo spent on all public procurements.

Take a look at No. 243. The construction of 18 classrooms at N165, 000,000. This put the construction on 1 classroom at N9,166,667. So Fashola is telling us that to construct a classroom in Lagos costs N9.2m?

A closer look into the same list shows No. 224 in which they are construction 108 units of 2 and 3 bedroom flats in 9 blocks at N203m. This put the average construction of a 2 bedroom flat at N1,879692. If a 2 bedroom flat costs N1.9m to construct in Lagos, how does a classroom cost N9.2m??

This past elections show say yorubas get double standards...

That same road is being handled by a second company as I dey type now.... after dem go say fashola dey work...

Soon ...very very soon... we go still tell yorubas good morning. ..

Fashola failed........ and woefully for that matter

Moreno marinas a company owned by tinubu started presently ...lopek anoda tinubus company was re awarded the contract... after they told us that the contract sum have been paid to the first company initially...

Yorubas in lagos...una no try at all

This project you mentioned is so disheartening. Do you have any idea the amount allocated for the project? I wish to know.

bros this is what I call political telemundo!...

I've told people like aresa and other youths who think they can vouch for their corrupt pay masters..... they always have something in their cupboard.... they all rob their citizens dry. instead of singing their praises, and comparing them with other states, why not hold them accountable?

God knows since I came into NL I have never praised any politician wholeheartedly without reprimanding them for their bad sides including GEJ. it really irks me when I see youths parading a cobra as the best thing that happened to them since sliced bread.

fashola is a scam.
gej is anoda.
APC is, and PDP is no different.

learn to hold ur leaders, even ur LGA chairmen responsible! not by singing their praises for commissioning street lights.

A single kilometre road can cost 7 or more billions depending on how much in compensation is paid. Some road projects required demolishing existing properties and adequate compensation before commencement so before exposing yourself request for the EIA of the project sites.

But was I expecting you to know this? Was I expecting a successful brain surgery from a road side butcher?

1km of road cannot cost 7 billion naira even if its an evil forest.

its bad to say trash just to defend a thieving governor.

Where are our Journalist when u need them. Arm with this information, one should publish such findings and ask the Governor how come a borehole cost that much...on other Road construction, I can't talk or argue what I know next to nothing about I.e road construction...Only an engineer who has been involve in road construction will have an idea how much it will cost to construct a 1.1km road..If we have any engineer in the house, kindly shed more light on this without any bias or affiliation to any party
