There are no doctors on this thread but ttc dads and mums.Count of 18m is not too bad. Latest WHO approved minimum level is 15m. However, other scales are not good. Motility should be at least 50%. Your morphology is excellent. then viscosity is watery, not good but no an issue. If the count is increased and motility improves, you wouldn't have any issue. In summary, work on your count and motility. Change your feeding habits, eat more fruits and vegetables, exercise, rest, keep away from artificial sugar, you can use pure honey or BSM, wear loose boxers, and keep your family jewel always cool. Keep away from cigarettes and alcohol. You can add supplements for faster effect. People use Fertilaid for men, count boost, motility boost, or you can use only fertility blend for men. Don't forget to visit your doctor for more investigations if no much improvement after 3months. You may be required to run hormonal assay or check for obstruction. Hope your wife also ran her tests, it takes 2 to tango.

thanks Miraclebaby, its as if you can see me from afar, i have changed my habits of recent in order to improve my sexual health. i dont smoke nor do much alcohol, i really suspect the stress of work taking its toll on me as well as the lack of exercise. just like you said, my wifey and myself are in this together, we have both undergone hormonal assay test as well as as others. i will discuss the issue of supplements with my doctor.

i believe and pray this will work as well, though its less expensive than the Fertilaid & motility series, planning to start at the beginning of a new month to monitor usage effectively.,
