On arriving to school this morning, the main school gate at Choba campus was closed. Students were seen standing outside. Some lecturers were also seen sleeping in their vehicles
Reasons behind the shut down is believed to be the lingering fuel scarcity in the country

Abuja and Delta campus gate was opened due to the primary school inside.
Students were seen waiting aimlessly for bus to convey them inside the campus. Those who managed to get into the few buses available were made to pay high fare

Delta campus to Abuja campus is not far, the students should take a walk.

Their old Sandwich students walk from UDSS in Aluu to Olobo school at east west road which is far longer.

I think some of them are just there contemplating whether to go home cos it seems protest might break out following the one done last nite.

We were driving out of Delta campus when the incident happened last night.

The whole place was in chaos as female students were struggling to fetch water that night for both their morning and night bathe.

Most of the campus is without street lights and the grass lawns are bushy. Later learnt the security personnel killed 2 more snakes.

Choba campus students later came to protest why they do not get light and the generator at Delta campus was switched off promptly so that everybody remains in darkness.
