He should commit suicide if he is ashamed of himself.

He is guilty..QED. The problem should be how appropriate is extraditing him. Would a US citizen ever be extradited to face charges in Nigeria?

Good question oh my God bros may God almighty bless you. I remember when some democrat in Nigeria demand the then Condoleezza Rice (secretary of state) to come and testify as per MKO sudden death pls do they release her or send her down? rather they swept the matter under carpet I'm not supporting kashamu but his case need to be handle with caution pls.

what the NDLEA is going is completely out of sense, you cant lock somebody indoor because you want him to appear in court, it will be proper for them to arrest him and charge him. sometime actions like this are difficult to understand.

Let him remain indoor then, lets c how long he can last in there.

For those thinking he may have killed himself, I laugh. It is easier for an elephant to pass thu needle eye for a Nigeria Politiian of this man class to commit suicide. That can never happen. Don't be surprise the guy is indoor with one okpeke sef grin

Yessssssss! FTC at long last!
Yoruba politicians have been committing suicide instead of going to prison before you were born. You are a child. grin grin grin

You ppl just don't get it. There is no way a court can make prouncement again before friday and come friday the senator elect is now a serving senator. Immunity covers him. By monday he would be with his colleagues starting the 8th national assembly.

It would be news if I tell you that immunity only covers President/Vice President, Governors/Deputy Governors . . .no immunity for Senators!

Guys, you all need to understand that senators are not covered by immunity neither does NDLEA needs a warrant to arrest someone if there's a probable cause to do so.
What Kashamu Buruju is waiting for is Wednesday, 27th. He has instituted a case seeking a PERPETUAL INJUNCTION from prosecution and he's most likely to get a favorable judgement because he's alleged in political circle to have that same judge in his pocket, on his payroll. Curiously, all the cases he filed in the past have been assigned to the same judge and he has always got favorable judgements. NDLEA and his political traducers are aware of this and that's why they'll stop at anything to ship him to U. S before Wednesday. On the other hand, if he gets that judgement on Wednesday, he can never be tried again in Nigeria or extradited till he dies!. He has planned to get the judgement before May 29th when GEJ is still in power. So, it'll get more interesting between now and Wednesday as OBJ and others have the last chance to ship Kashamu Buruji to the U. S failure of which he will legally walk freely for life. They all know the game they are playing very well and someone must win!.
If you ask him if it's possible to get perpetual injunction in Nigeria, Peter Odili is enjoying it and he can never be tried for corruption/embezzlement that allegedly happened under his watch as governor even if his well-known enemy becomes Nigeria President.

Wrong. It is not the perpetual injunction by a high court that is shielding Odili, it is friendly government. Remember that EFCC was not allowed to appeal Odili's injunction. Injunction can be appealed and lifted. In case of Kasamu, the only time he can buy with that injunction is to get sworn in as a senator in June but that will still not prevent a hostile government from getting a superior court to overturn the injuction and process his extradition even as a senator

He committed the same offense as atheists.

Atheists don't believe in God, when the Trumpet sounds, they will rot in hell.

Kashamu didn't believe in change, now that Change is here, he will rot in jail.

Be careful....what you don't believe may turn around to bite you.

FOR 45 MINUTES. It has been revealed that the reason why
David Cameron kept Buhari waiting for
over 45 minutes at number 10 Downing
Street is because of security reasons and
not deliberately as some people are
peddling. The source said that because of the
nature of Buhari's urgent and unplanned
visit to London he did not go through the
normal security process needed to see
the minister. The source further said considering that
Britain has raised the level of the security
threat to the "severe" which means an
attack by terrorists on British soil is highly
likely. The question now is, does Britain sees
Buhari the niGERia president elect as a
threat or terrorist?
Sai Buhari.

Interesting. But can a perpetual injunction granted by a High Court not be set aside/nullified by a higher court? Say, the Court of Appeal or Supreme Court?

I think NDLEA has already constitute itself to a law court, if not how come did they lay siege to somebody house without court pronouncement. I think to is politically motivated and I would not be surprise if Obj and Bode George are truly behind this illegal occupation of kasamus house. God help this country.

Why will they release any of their own? When Nigeria judiciary system is a flawed.
Or how do u explain a con3 whr someone steels a packet of maggi and gets 20 years imprisonment, and he who stool billions of Naira in deterrent of the poor masses gets presidential pardon? D likes of D.S.P Alahmhasia, Bode George comes to mind. If Ibori was tried in Nigeria, am pretty sure he won't hv serve any prison term.
If I were Alhaji Kashamu, I will thank my stars, dat is nt d likes of con3 like Indonesia, Malaysia & Saudi Arabia dat ask for his extradition.
I do advice him to prefer any prison in d U.S to any of Nigerian prison.
