Since, I have been unwilling to take interviews looming on my dashboards on PushCV because of their demands of "plenty" years experience. Bias aside, the jobs are great most especially the one that took me much pain to let go yesterday. It was actually an Executive Assistant job interview in Casers Group with annual remuneration ranging 4.8 million to 6 million. But wanted experience was 6-10years.

Hehehehehe .. na which time them even born me wey I wan take gather that kind experience. Lol but the salary enter my eye lol e be like oyel and gash money
But just this evening, I was lucky enough to find one interview I could attempt. customer relationship executive in a shipping and longdicksticks firm , one year experience. I just killed it and I hope it comes back alive

My guy.. Welcome on board. I can't lie to you the companies are really tooshed and top-ranked as pushcv puts it.. they pay well. Its worth getting a job through this innovative platform. You don't find their jobs advertised on any jobsites.. and now I truly believe what my pastor told us earlier this month. He said the very good jobs are not advertised publicly. .

There are toosh companies. Agreed. But the reason we seem to have high expectation from PushCv is that they over-hyped themselves. They set high and mighty expectations and then fall below those expectations. So much ado about nothing if I may say. On the flip side, they have something really nice going. Kudos to them. The over-hype just stained their seemingly flawless innovation.

Programmers and developers/designers especially web incined, check your dashboard. There is an interview for you there. HTML5 and CSS3. I just applied.

Yeah, most of them aren't, and there are reasons. One of them is that it's if it "pays well", it's probably not a junior position, and most companies employ senior staff based on their own research/hunting and recommendations from trusted people (the latter of which PushCV is positioning itself to be).

They sounded like a whole lot of organizations were queued up, waiting for the tests to end so they could gobble up whatever successful candidates that PushCv churned out. I mean, if we took them word for word. A friend nearly quit her 'meagre pay, much stress' job because of PushCv till I advised against it. Though she's an Elite employee right now, she's thanking her stars that she listened to me. There was the hype bro. There was the hype. Self-hype.

BTW, If you are a programmer, apply at Andela. Its more instant than PushCv. I'm still reading for the tests. Bon chance.

I'm seeing jobs with 100 slots and such. I doubt if much companies can employ 100 people of the same field at the same time. Except its mining, or military. I guess after the interview on PushCv, the organization conducts their interview for shortlisted candidates. Ergo, if you were not contacted, you were probably 'over qualified' for the job . So keep those fingers crossed, better days are just around the next corner.
