Many of you might have encountered the error "call service person" on your photocopy machine, either at home, in the office or at your business centre.... But here is a solution to the problem.

Step 1: Switch off machine

Step 2: Open Top Cover

Step 3: Switch on Machine

Step 4: Press the "service menu button" your machine

Step 5: Scroll down to "service Settings".

Step 6: Press the "start button" "Enter button" & the "# button" all at the same time(Simultaneously)

Step 7: Scroll down to "maintenance mode" & press the "ENTER" button

Step 8: Enter the code it is asking you for, The code is "163" & press enter.

Step 9: Switch off machine & close top cover

Step 10: Switch on your machine & you'll be back again....

Note: This repair only works on "Kyocera Machine".
