Be gentle and a little aggressive at the same time..

Or.. Slide your thumbnail from that dent through the whole length of the top...

It should budge a little....

Those complaining about rooting itel note prime, d solution is here.
I just rooted mine

First of all download root checker to know d status of ur phone from d below link

Then download kingroot 4.0 from d below link
http://www.datafilehost.com/d/de7a07e3
Then install
Though it's in Chinese, just click on root button.
U need little data and connection for the rooting process.

After successful installation, click the root checker app u first install to know ur root status.
Tap "check" and look @ d first row where there's status. If successful u will see "ROOTED"
