This is pure slander. The governor is the number one security officer of the state. So he is saying he was aware of the intricate details of a murder and how it was committed and he never did anything? He is indicting himself as well and in saner climes that should be an impeachable offence.

The man is just too garrulous. Lord knows how he will comport himself in whichever role Buhari finally gives him.

My questions to Amaechi :

1. Why did he keep quiet until now?

2. Why is he apprehensive of being probed?

3. Does he have anything to hide?

4. Does he think he is innocent in a case of murder he ( chief security officer of the state) had a first hand knowledge and yet kept silent?

5. Now that he has announced Wike's crime ( if it's true) should we expect his own confession?

Threats of probe or not. An accusation of murder is very weighty. People have been known to settle with police on information they have of a murder whether they were present or not. The murder case is first investigated and then we can decide if it dealing with Amaechi is necessary. This boy's family are probably looking for him now, but he has been killed by lunatics on fake promises of power. All involved from babalawo to errand boy must be arrested and dealt with. If Wike is innocent, then he needs to clear his name. Otherwise the boy who was murdered deserves for his killers to meet his fate or be locked behind bars. There is no protection, excuse or cover for murder.
