Let me take you up on this because your thinking needs elevation. Water, light, policing, immigration, fuel supply, courts, food supply, agriculture, military operations, abeg which one should stop or 'change' because leadership changes. So what is the talk of 'he just resumed yesterday' got to do with the insurgency. The insurgents don't give a damn about the swearing in, why should the army. Is Buhari going to fight Boko Haram by himself? He has an army and it will be delusional to think it is GEJ's army, now Buhari's army. It is Nigeria's army.
