Brotherly, you have better devise a way to rest and solve this issue or you will leave your wife to indulge in adulterous acts.
Good sex is a must have in marriage and it doesn't have alternative except to do the needful but when the needful is in short supply it will be looked for outside.
Package your routine through a work/life balance arrangement or be ready to loose your marriage. Use your tongue to count your teeth.

What of during your leave? avoid taking sugar and eat libido enhancing fruits, you shd be fine, u may also take some herbs this may help, but shd be sparingly.

You shd also learn how to do for play that in itself goes along way in statisfying her.

If your doctor says you need rest, then you need it.....not only will it save your marriage, it could save your life too. I think you study your woman well and check for her most sensitive parts, locate her center of gravity and spend more time on the pre-intimacy using your longest finger and tongue....you would be surprised she might even climax before you start the real show and the number of minutes you use for the real show wont matter again to her as she would be satisfied and almost exhausted already. This is just a tip anways!

Welcome to the 21st century, where sex plays a very important role in a marriage/relationship.

Women are openly threatening to divorce their husbands these days because they are not 'man' enough in bed. Don't let your case be like that.
