Am I the only one disappointed with the comical / unserious bunch of tanoids playing the part of opposition on Nairaland? These guys have just affirmed that they are as clueless now as they have been for the last 6 years. The most meaningless / pointless threads have been opened and obviously for the sole purpose of being negative.

The opposition during GEJ's regime were mostly people who initially voted him in with high hopes and expectations but after years of non-performace, got fed up with him, criticised him and ultimately booted him out.

The new opposition, on the other hand, is largely made up of myopic and semi-exposed ethnic bigots, who never wanted Buhari to win, supported cluelessness for 6 years and were content to see Nigeria rot. People with no vision who are now claiming to have expectations are just a joke.

I am afraid this opposition will not be taken seriously and will soon find that they are on their own, as people will get very bored with their empty threads very fast.

I would like to know when the late Ex-President Umar Musa Yar'Adua declared his assets. If I'm not mistaken, he declared his assets 'publicly' on the 29th of June 2007 (a month after inauguration). How do you expect Buhari to declare his 'publicly' just 24hrs after his inauguration?!

In GEJ did he even concur to declare his asset this early when he was sworn in?. He didn't, there was media uproar and he even said he didn't give a damn what does who want him to declare his asset think.

So, all in time, PMB's asset will be made public, one step at a time.

GEJ is not a standard to measure Buhari with. Buhari will be measured and compared with the highest standards of governance and not mediocrity
