Issues prior to the appointment of the information minister,let them follow him accordingly on twitter and other social media channels,this will ensure that any news emanating from such an authourized channel is authentic and valid

The Senate can not stop him from naming his ministers. The Senate only ratifies their appointments.

And for your info, the outgoing Senate can still screen his ministers. If Buhari and APC had their house in order the list would have been submitted by Monday 1st June.
