ait and mitv and silverbird will only show the matches involving naija but NTA is going a step further to show other matches too

I jst checked programme from today till monday for ait on daarsat website, they will be showing movie when the match is going on, so I don't think they show it. I'm jst hoping of Ntai on dstv or silverbird and mitv.

Thanks Lee. Appreciate. Thanks honeric01

Joseph this your frequent banning is becoming embarrassing.

Honeric01 is there not a way you can put Joseph moniker on a do not disturb setting if there is anything like that on nairaland admin advanced settings.

so that the spambot would permanently stop this frequent banning.

Just cut out this part of a FIFA article to address the dude who said Nigeria isn't a title contender this year. Icon4s, this is for you smiley :

New Plymouth and Christchurch certainly look set for a treat as the likes of Brazil, Germany and Nigeria - all likely title challengers - strut their stuff for the first time.

considering the fact that it was more or less a Team B of Flying Eagles that won the AYC, you should be impressed.

No Iheanacho, no Isaac, no Moses, no Yahaya....those are the goal machines and none of them was present, yet, these boys managed to trash every opponent.....you really should be impressed
Ndidi too

Ghana and Cameroun have been eliminated from the Rio Olympic Games football qualifier by Congo and Sierra Leone respectively.

Siasia need to be careful of those Congolese as they are Nigeria's next opponent before the final qualifiers in Senegal.
na wa oooo..... How many slots dey for Africa sef??

To me I feel the Rio game is getting tedious with these qualifiers... se they have played about 2 rounds already??

Manu: We Won't Change Our Style

Flying Eagles head coach, Manu Garba, says the team won't sacrifice it's attacking style of football against Brazil.

Garaba was reacting to reports that his team will adopt a defensive approach in tomorrow's game in order to contain the attack-minded Brazilians.

The coach brands his team style of play as total football and insists they will play same way regardless of their opponents attacking threats.

"I'm not a defensive minded coach,we will play the way we know how to play and let the Brazilians worry about us," Garba told SL10.ng.

"We respect Brazil as a team blessed with so many attacking potentials but we won't change our style because of that."

Despite the fact that Nigeria has never beaten Brazil at Under-20 level, the Under-17 World Cup winning coach insist records are meant to be broken.

"It's a record that we don't care about since it's there,we have a duty to break it and Insha Allah we will do it," he added.

If I were asked to use one word to describe Manu Garba, I say *CONFIDENCE*

i dont think any local stations on dstv will show it, cos since super sport wont air the matches they will make it a point of duty not to allow ait or nta or mitv to air the matches on dstv. these people re wicked and biased

Our likely line up..

I saw it too and read comments on it. It's reported that Isaac Success has outshined Awoniyi in Training (Safarigirl will not like this) and the coach has sacrificed Sokari to give both strikers a chance.

My fear is that the absence of Sokari will affect the balance of the team. A well organized or counter-attacking team will make life tedious with this set up. I have never envisaged Awoniyi playing as a winger

I am being skeptical about the line up as well but i will just keep my finger crossed until the end of the first half..
I believe Manu has his game plan, let's see how he unravel it .

SManu garba dnt pay attention to defence......Sokari or Idowu is needed in that team to provide Balance......Use Awoniyi as a super-sub........Itz obvious Isaac success is beta than awoniyi.
