The South African Navy, Denel and Armscor paid for and signed contracts for:

- Maintenance of the Super Rapid
- spare parts for the super rapid
- Technical experts for the super rapid

SAN has super rapid

Citation shows that SAN has the super rapid

This argument is over

Proven beyond doubt - your opinion on this topic is irrelevant

[size=13pt]Bwahahahaha grin grin

What proof? We all see a different gun, 1977 gun on ALL South African navy ships, according to photos posted by you Southies !

South African navy official website and photos say NO, they say you have 1977 Compact gun round headed shape grin grin

See your round shaped Compact obsolete naval gun below....Now you show us a Super Rapid gun in South Africa with the straight edge shapes or are you now afraid of posting photos? South Africans afraid to post photos of their own Valour frigate.

Why are you Southies now denying your own blue water frigate that you boast so much about?

Ashamed of your 1977 guns ? No Super Rapid so you fear to show us your ships guns ? grin grin

Yet, Mandela managed to convince the whole world to overwhelm Nigeria with multiple sanctions until they backed down on military rule. He put your government under pressure until they released Obasanjo. That came after activists voicing out for democracy were killed in Nigeria.

Nigeria has been a democracy since 1960,boy.
We have successfully changed a government and a political party from government.

The ANC has been running s.a for 21 years without change. That is China, boy. It's a civil rule. grin

Dont confuse democracy with independence. A country can be independent yet not democratic. Egypt, Sudan, Somalia, and many others are independent but not democratic. Nigeria was under military rule ever since their independence from Britain in 1960. Democracy came into being in Nigeria in 1996.

SA became independent ever since 1910 but still was not democratic. Hope you see the picture.

You just won for yourself the unenviable tittle of Nairaland prince buffoon.

Men, south Africa should evacuate you. You are a bruised and battered soldiers rendered incapacitated by Nigeria artillery.

Nigeria did her legislative elections way back in 1957 in preparations for independence. And by 1960 she was a full democracy with a parliamentary system of government. Tafawa belewa was the president, Zik was the prime minister.

She will carry on holding elections in 1963 again all over the country electing members of the public into all strata of government positions until a military coup in 1966 toppled the Democratic government.

She later became a democracy again by 1980 and shagary was the president of the democratic federation of Nigeria who was toppled by today's buhari
in 1985.

When i say apartheid is a trauma you guys are yet to outgrow, i wasnt just talking. You really are a newt

Nigeria never knew the meaning of democracy, they just only called it because then it sounded so nice, more like a bombastic word that would promote you as being the best in English language.

Stratocracy has all the features you highlighted with the only difference being that the country is under military and not ruled by the people.

During the apartheid era in South Africa, Nigeria was one of the foremost supporters of black South African liberation movements especially the African National Congress (ANC).

Then the Nigerian government issued more than 300 passports to South Africans seeking to come to Nigeria or travel elsewhere.

Sonny Okosun, a Nigerian musician, wrote the hit song ‘Fire in Soweto’ in 1977 to commemorate the 1976 Soweto uprising against while rule in South Africa.

The Nigerian government under the administration of the late Prime Minister Abubakar Tafawa Balewa was the first to ever provide financial support to the ANC.

In addition, the defunct National Council of Nigerian Citizens (NCNC), first republic political party led by the founder of modern Nigeria, Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, provided home for the late Nelson Mandela in Lagos till Mandela decided to go back to South Africa and begin the resistance against apartheid.

Nigeria led a vocal protest against the Sharpeville massacre of 1960 and in 1961 entered an alliance with Commonwealth ministers who wanted South Africa to leave the Commonwealth.

From then till 1995, Nigeria alone, according to the South African Institute of International Affairs, spent over $61 billion to support the end of apartheid. No other country in the world made such contribution.

Nigerian citizens were asked to make tax-deductible donations to support the ANC in the 1970s.

Students across Nigerian universities and schools would sometimes forfeit their lunch to donate the money to the ANC.

Education for black South Africans was the most pressing need of the ANC. They insisted that they wanted their kids, the future leaders, to be educated up to, at least, a bachelor degree level in Africa.

Nigeria opened its elite secondary schools, Federal Government Colleges and universities like the University of Lagos, University of Ibadan, Ahmadu Bello Zaria,

University of Nigeria Nsukka, University of Ife and Benin, to South Africans.

Many of the ANC combatants arrived in Nigeria with body scars and diverse emotional traumas. Psychological help in terms of counseling was also available to a lot of kids who had not known anything except violence, harassment and humiliation by the apartheid police. A lot of them were not prepared academically. They needed extra help that was provided.

Additionally, Nigeria paid for hundreds of South Africans to graduate in Europe and North America.

Many commentators have even argued that Nigeria’s good deeds to South Africa are so much that they can never be repaid in any way. But really, Nigeria expect nothing less than a cordial developmental so in Zulu system of education, you conduct general elections in a stratocracy? Zulu and deficiency in logic. lipsrsealed meanwhile, here is what Nigeria did for you, we have been cleaning your diapers a long time ago:

So, that is how Nigeria freed us from apartheid? Nope, we freed ourselves by fighting for our freedoms. We burned every school, government buildings and rended the whole country ungovernable, reducing it into a state of anarchy. Where was Nigeria? Did they send soldiers to help us fight Apartheid police and soldiers? That's a big NO. So, who defeated apartheid? Nigeria or the people of SA. What Nigeria has done by helping the people who went on exile has been done by hundred other countries. The most people who went to exile never even preferred to live in Nigeria.

Of all hundred countries that helped ANC abroad Nigeria is the only one that makes more noise than everyone else. Instead of Tanzania, Zambia, Algeria and others that housed ANC MK members, making so much noise is always Nigeria that screams in the ears of SA. That's one thing that ANC hates about Nigeria because they always want to remain relevant in the struggle of apartheid forgetting that ANC got help from the world.

Be informed that it was not only the ANC that fought against apartheid, there were SACP, AZAPO, PAC, and many others who fought against apartheid. Helping ANC does not equate to helping SA as a whole.
Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by mzilakazi(m): 7:20pm On Jun 01, 2015
Helping APC or PDP will equally equate into helping the whole people of Nigeria. That's how Nigeria has been reduced into in the struggle against apartheid. They recorded every cent they donated to ANC just to make themselves relevant to the struggle against apartheid. How much did Britain, Canada, Cuba, Russia and many others contribute? Yet all of them do not make noise.

Even today Nigeria struggles to raise that money for their federal budget which stands at $ 23 billion every year. Now just imagine around 1960s, how did they managed to raise all that? The amount has been severely inflated, not even the richest USSR could contribute that much. That's one reason why Mandela hated Nigeria for their dishonesty.

This lie has broken the record and it deserves a place in Guineas book of records.
