As for me nothing really....i just have this nocturnal behaviour. I enjoy working on designs at night. This is the time i connect with myself and my level of rationale is lifted.

Find it hard sleeping early. Will keep tossing and turning.

I wake up at intervals, sometimes I don't sleep, and most times headache( brainstorming).. Job search etc...

I think some of these things are spiritual...

Same here Bro. There are times I stay awake till 4 or 5am. This unemployment issue is burning me out seriously. I only sleep well if I take enough alcohol in the evening. I'm almost becoming an "Ogogoro Junkie".

Abeg reduce the ogogoro ooooo, if not you might just fail health test when you finally get a job. Fast n pray n be hopeful... That's all I can say.. It aight easy though but God will surely show us mercy one day....

its been like this since childhood... I find it hard to sleep . most nights I am up till about 3:00am...

mine started since my secondary school days........cant remember the last time I slept before 1am. most times, I'm awake till 4am.

I guess it's as a result of not working. I do forced myself to sleep each night

The earliest time I sleep is 12 midnight, I am so used to staying awake all night and working my brains out.

Don't give in to despair. Be hopeful.

I sleep late for 3 reasons
1. I slept for long hours during the day
2. I find it hard 2 sleep wen my sleep is interrupted so I wait til almost everyone or everyone is asleep.
3. I don't have anything important 2 do early d next morning
Extra-I sleep late because of Nairaland

Its a childhood thing for me too, thru secondary to university and now i do night duty job.
but i can sleep for d whole day oo 8am-6pm, i dae enjoy d sleep ehn.

Lol hey bro. I've been there too and the alcohol really helps. It gets worse when u don't have a job, a girlfriend, and u stay alone. Worse still when ur getting insulted and slighted by sisters who give u stipends. But God showed up for me and I changed 2 jobs within 4 months. Trust me when u get a job, u go run sef. Job always comes if u continue searching. Move out to the streets with ur cv. That's hw I got mine. A big company
