Not forgetting the fact that his government as Head of State was shrouded in secrecy and many things must have gone wrong. The probe reports of PTF and NNPC fraud allegation were never made public, so it gives room for rational thinking and postulations. One way to get a good clue is for Buhari to declare his asset, so that Nigerians can attest to his "poverty" or otherwise.
