robosky02: What they did was more important than any win, it sheds a good light on Nigeria, trips like these help form a better bond between teammates and takes pressure off the individual knowing that football isn't everything. 1 Like |

mikron:i just watch d highlights of d match played this a.m between Myamar 0 n Ukrain 6. Despite d wide margin victory d ukrainians are no match to a well organised nigeria public school team. So i didn't see any team in this tourney stopping d SUPER FLYING EAGLES. I just hope our boys get over d defeat n d koreans will be a morale booster. 1 Like |

Hahahahahahahaha... Your sister must really be one rare super fan of our NTs. But when I was a preteen, I remember fasting and praying(prayed twice-b4 d match and at half time), abeg she fe fast 4 our national teams? *big smiles* Also, I have suffered 'persecutions' *laughing out really hard here but it's true* for our NTs. I remember telling pple in my medical school dat the super eagles wud knack Civ apako despite having an average 1st rd performance at afcon 2013. Do u knw I was 'literally' thrown out of the common room? But after we triumphed, I gained the respect of all and they started calling me, 'MR NIGERIA'. Then came uae 2013, our current flying eagles(then golden eaglets) were down 0-2 vs sweden. Pple started insulting the team esp alampasu (who was jittery that day but went on to win the golden gloves award. I believe Enaholo is a de ja vu of this and it will all end well 4 the Flying Eagles in NZ... Come June 20) but I told them this, "u all speak this way coz u dont 'know' dis team. If u do, u'll be as calm as I am..." AGAIN I WAS VINDICATED... And I went on to predict 'outrageously' that d same way our grp ended is the same way the tournament will end... 1ST-NIGERIA, 2ND-MEXICO, 3RD-SWEDEN. I have lots and lots of experiences Sir... But I dont think that makes me Nigeria's greatest and most passionate fan in all levels of soccer... But I believe I'm in a Class of my own *big smiles* LET'S GO 'SUPER' FLYING EAGLES!!! THE WORLD AWAITS... AIG07: 2 Likes |

Re: Flying Eagles of Nigeria Thread: U-20 World Cup (New Zealand 2015) by United4lyf(m): 8:54pm On Jun 02, 2015 |
wordychap:That was what actually cost us the game because the coach select an attacking line-up with five attack minded players and two full backs who loves to go forward at the slightest opportunity. The forwards did not track back enough to help out the defenders. |
