Of course at some stage during ur pregnancy , you will wee frequently. Heaviness in yoour abdomen is cos baby is growing, so u will def feel different as you proogress. If you are worried you can actually see ur doc.

Good morning mamas,my fellow team mate hope we are getting ready.I av a testimony to share bcus only God can do it.4wks ago wen I went for my antenatal and went for scan d doctor called me said my baby head is pointing to d left instead of center DAT dere is a fibrod in d uterine disturbing it from pointing down so I will b scheduled for cs DAT I shld inform my husband we shld start looking for d money for cs.I left d hospital so sad BT den my faith came alive I told God am carrying an eternal life in me and fibrod can't disturb my baby so I command every spirit of fibrod to disappear bcus darkness and light can't be together.to the glory of God ystdy wen I went for a repeat scan no traces of fibrod,baby is fully engaged and ready to be pop out anytym soon.I was even asking d doctor dat wat abt d Cs,I was told DAT madam nothing stops u from giving birth by ursef unless u wish to av a cs.Am so happy bcus God is so faithful.sorry for d long story my over joy cause am.

The problem with reduced fetal movement is that before a baby dies in the womb, it first shows that sign. But many babies are okay but just are not very active or are just sleeping. The challenge is to know which is which. If you read no. 8 and 9 of this article http://www.wwl.nhs.uk/Library/FOI/Requests/2012_2013/October_2012/1398_GuidelineObs21_Antenatal_Fetal_Monitoring.pdf you will see that only Doppler ultrasound of umbilical blood flow can tell you. If blood flow to the baby is normal, nothing bad can happen to that baby for the next two weeks. That is what is meant by Doppler having a high negative predictive value, ie when Doppler says no problem, that means no problem. So the way to get reassured is to undergo Umbilical artery Doppler scan. If it's normal, then you don't have to worry for two weeks. If the baby is active after that, you don't have to repeat it.
