Your taking my post a bit out of context here mate.....South Africa is considered to have one of the most effective mining systems in the world, what I was trying to say was mineral wealth doesn't necessarily equate to actual wealth. The thing is we are sitting on so much natural resources that its impossible to mine everything at once, and given the fact that a lot of these minerals also sit underneath protected areas means some of these resources will never be mined.
