If nacho and yahaya aint starting the match against korea, we go lose. I won't even wanna bother myself watching if they both aint in the starting eleven.
they started the last match, and what happened? If the coach thinks they should start from the bench, then fine.

Manu Garba's original mistake against Brazil sef was not starting the original line-up he had, he made too many changes to the initial line-up, if he had used the line-up he made before the foreign guys gate-crashed the camp, maybe the scoreline would have been different. The likes of Iheanacho should have come off the bench

This goal should never have been allowed. Ifeanyi was ball watching.

In hindsight, this lineup would have done better against Brazil, defensively. Hopefully, we get a couple of early goals and calm nerves..

I nor go watch again. I can't afford to miss yahaya and nacho skillful plays. But since they aint starting then no need to watch until I see both of em playing. I go jus sit down for front of tv but I go close my eye until I hear commentator say iheanacho or yahaya comin in before I go open eye dey watch.

No panic guys, we all said it here b4 that everybody on the 21 man list is equal to the task. I think what Manu is doing is using his regular starting 11 used for the friendly games in Germany since they have gelled well already. If there would be more fire power needed he will introduce success/yahaya/iheanacho/moses. But from what I observed during the AYC Bulbwa was always substituted in the 2nd half. Another thing I sense is, the introduction of the above mentioned players in 2nd half could be very interesting when the Koreans are tired (more goals) tongue
I pray all goes well tomorrow.

So the coach is trying to blame nacho and yahaya for the team loss to brazil by benching them against korea. Comon guys that aint true. He should focus on his midfield. Those two infeanyis are poo. He benched nwakali and idowu expecting to win, how?. He should focus on his tactic and stop trying to make nacho and yahaya the scapegoat. I know say na cos nacho papa quarrel with coach why he removed nacho dat why manu wan show authority.#stillnotwatching#

I believe that making too many changes can alter the balance and indepth chemistry of a team. I AGREE NACHO(KI10), SUCCESS AND YAHAYA SHUD BEGIN FROM THE BENCH. Moses simon, Chidera Ezeh and Nwakali among odas make that bench very dangerously rich. THE SQUAD SHARED BY MUYIWA LAWAL IS A VERY COHESIVE ONE. WITH THAT SQUAD, WE WENT UNBEATEN POST AYC. WE NO EVEN PLAY DRAW SEF.
BESIDES, THIS IS WHAT I'VE ALWAYS WANTED... A STRONG COHESIVE STARTING 11 WITH AN EVEN STRONGER BENCH TALENT-WISE. WITH A SQUAD LIKE OURS, COHESION AND UNDERSTANDING SHUD COME FIRST B4 TALENT. COHESION STARTS WHILE GAME CHANGING TALENT CAN ALWAYS BE BLENDED IN 4M THE BENCH. As the tournament gets older, one or two of NACHO, SUCCESS, MOSES and YAHAYA CAN BE IN THE FIRST 11. WE MUSTN'T PLAY ALL OUR DANGEROUS CARDS AT ONCE OR MAYBE WE CAN(IF THE SITUATION WARRANTS IT) BUT ULTIMATELY... 'INDEPTH COHESION AND KEEN BALANCE ACROSS ALL DEPTs' COME FIRST...

P.S: This is how you win 10-0 *winks* #smiles

Manu garba is jus a clown. How on earth you wanna bench your best player nacho? Na wa o. Abeg no need to watch the match again. Yahaya is better dan saviour of guy and even bulbwa. Forget about that goal he scored in ayc. You jus can't bench your best players cos of one loss. I nor go watch again even comment on the thread again. #vexing#

Sis, thank God you are very ok now.
See, Manu was taught a soccer lesson by Brazil.
For those that have been clamouring for Manu to take over the Super Eagles i am sure d Brazil game has taught them otherwise.

Manu Garba was trying to please the yearning of Nigerians, players' agents and players themselves.

Iheanacho was nt supposed to start start that game against Brazil. Benerd Bulbwa ought to have started.Manu probably fell to the pressure of Iheanacho being a Mancity player so Nigerians want to see him play again after a long while.
J
In the case of Awoniyi/ Success, Success showed he was a more clinical striker the few days he spent in camp. However, Manu considered Awoniyi's contribution to d team thus far and thought it would b injustice to drop him to d bench n so decided to play both players, which was another fatal error in that game.

What we played against Brazil was more like a 4-2-4. : Awoniyi, Success, Iheanacho and Yahaya are all attack minded players. Yahaya and Iheanacho did nt fall back well enough to support the two Ifeanyis in the Mid-field. The game was too open. You dnt play an open game against any Brazilian team.

Manu likes playing attacking football. At a point one of commentators said Nigeria was playing 9 strikers and one defender.

Going forward Manu should be bold to put Awoniyi and Iheanacho on d bench and play Yahaya and Moses at the wings with Bulbwa or Iheanacho behind Success.

This team has what it takes to do well. And i believe if Nigeria and Brazil should meet again we would perform better.

MONACO IN TALKS WITH AWONIYI?

According to respected Nigeria online transfer guru @Muyiwalawal Flying Eagles striker Taiwo Awoniyi is in talks with French league heavy spenders Monaco about a transfer.

Awoniyi already has a re contract with Swedish outfit Kalmar but his fine form for Nigeria in the last six months has alerted other top clubs in Europe while in Africa Esperance of Tunisia failed with a bid to sign the 18 year old.

Talks are already at an advanced stage and according to @Muyiwalawal a deal looks imminent even though Nigeria is still competing at the Africa Youth Championship.

Monaco were reportedly weighing up a move for another Nigeria teen striker in Isaac Success who partnered Awoniyi in Nigeria 2-4 loss in her opening game against Brazil at the WYC but it seems they have now settled for Awoniyi.

Any deal for Success who spent the last two season on loan at Granada in the Spanish La-Liga from his parent owners Udinese in the Italian serie A will cost almost twice as much as what Monaco will pay for Awoniyi.

Please is it healthy for the team to be changing line up like pant and bra?. Brazil different line up, same with korean game and I am sure we will see another line up against hungary.

My own is dat the team must revert back to the team that conquered UAE 2 years ago, I love to see their playing style again. Mass attack, mass defense plus tiki taka style of play. Not that annoying long ball strategy in the second half against Brazil.

We all know that that useless long ball style is synonymous to our super eagles. We need our midfield again, time to feel that free flowing football style again.

Awoniyi starts again, where the haters at? tongue Y'all better watch the match and see how my baby will make rubbish of Korea's defence when he's better acclimated to the game.

With the first game, he was a bit out of it cuz it was the first game, but Manu understands. I would really like to see what Saviour can do starting and maybe Bulbwa can give us some of his amazing goals, hopefully we'll see another Puskas worthy goal

Sentiments aside, so u still believe Awoniyi is better than Success?

Awoniyi isn't better than success everyone know that. Success is more clinical in goal but awoniyi is a fighter and how to fall back to the midfield. But isaac success is a clinical goal scorer you probably saw his cool finishing against
