Winning nos is as it sounds, its the nos by which you will be counted as a winner if you played any two of it or more.
Machine nos is also as it sounds, they are the nos that are supposed to play but didn't , it is very important in forecasting as it bears the evidence that a certain nos or plan by which you do your forecast is right because they appeared in machine which means that they actually played.

No, a number like 61 is not regarded as 2sure but numbers like 06 01 is regarded as 2sure. So 61 stands as one number but if you add it any number it becomes 2sure , eg 61 09 is a number and a single number making a 2sure.
Note the word 'single', numbers are called single because of the zero in front of them.
