I actually don't pick up calls when am on a date except it exceptionally important. Phone stays on silent. It's just the way I am. I just believe it's rude. Also, someone told me once that it could be a sign that you are bored and need to get out of there! undecided

Just casually tell her, after her call, "Please don't do that again" (without anger, or frowning or anything). But fvcking, fvcking, fvcking mean it.

And continue your conversations as if nothing happened. She won't do it again, or would beg you to take a call if it's very important.

But with time anyway, she will of course have to take calls when you guys are together and that's normal.

Dude, I strongly agree it shows lack of courtesy on the part of the girl, but ask yourself this, how many of us really knows what courtesy demands? Even you overlook a lot of things thinking they don't matter, when actually, they do.
How many times do you hold the door for ppl behind you to pass? Hardly if ever. On this particular date you went on, did you position the chair for her and hold it for her to sit before you look for your own sit? I guess not.
If the above examples are correct, then you have no right to get angry. Just point it out to her, if she apologises, forget it and date ur girl or else, I see you single in 20yrs time.

I understand you and you have a wonderful point but what you mentioned are gestures men should show towards women. However, what I pointed out is more of a disrespectful behavior as opposed to dating etiquette. Whether you are a guy or girl! It's rude to do that. Besides, I always pull out a chair for my date, hold the door before her and more.

Bros cool down. It's not paying bride price or claiming ownership, this is simple courtesy and common sense. Basically, you supposed to retreat from all form of distractions when on a date, but if that is so important , then excuse the significant other and make the call as brief as possible.

As for me if you pull unnecessary stunt by having devided attention at all time, I'll just simply tell you we're done with the date, then go drop you and tell you to fix another date whenever you re ready. The same rule applies if you 're 5mins or more late for a date, I'll leave, even if I meet you by the door way, I ain't going back. We done for that day. If I can make it 15mins prior while can't her?

Bro, you need to put some values on yourself and don't have the mentality of her dating you is a favor rendered to you.
