Well it seems to be working out differently for different folks. For me, my tale is certainly not of pleasure. I got this phone strictly because of the battery and that seems to be simply my undoing- perhaps I got a very defective device, because the battery seems to be competing vigorously with Usain Bolt on who gets to zero faster, and I would be kind if I described the speaker output as terrible. Long story short; I am selling a less than 2 weeks phone at 30% loss. I dont want problems neither do I have the stomach for customer service aches: an email I sent to Infinix was not attended to for 3days until I sent a reminder which stirred them to a creepy reply a day later. Well am here to ask for assistance; can somebody put me through on how to easily and safely get this phone back to factory settings so that I can give it to the new owner first thing tomorrow morning. Thank you
. Sori abt dat dear! I wonder y most ppl dat bought the phone for d battery were given defective phones, yl ppl like feryntohlarh who are not heavy users got d nondefective batteries.

Why not try doing a backup then do a factory reset and restore your backups then try again.

Restoring the phone to its factory settings should sure bring back all its functionalities.

I believe the phone has a feature to backup and restore installed user apps already. Titanium Backup would have been a better option to backup and restore but since you are not ready to 'turn your phone into a woman' yet grin, I guess you can take your chances with the Backup and Restore feature built into the phone.

I'm typing this from a computer right now I would have availed you with a screenshot. Will try to when I revert to posting using my phone.

Whenever I mess up something on my phone and any of the apps stop working or force closes with that silly 'unfortunately android has stopped' error message, that's what I do.

You could give it a trial.
tnx a lot... Loool! I dnt want to root yet.. D playstore can go. Lol

I followed this thread from page 1 to 200 plus before buying this device. I used NEPA to charge to 100% before use. Drained it and charged to 85%. Then to 100% then to 80%. Nothing changed. Thank you

I think they do sell replacement chargers at Carl care or u could go for substitute chargers like Samsung 2A chargers, that's what I use since I got my own charger burnt.

What I meant is that you can try doing a factory reset so that your phone can go back to it's original state.

I just suggested the backup and restore cos I know you won't want to loose all your apps, contacts, etc.

Titanium backup would have been a perfect tool for backing up and restoring after the reset but since your phone is not rooted, I already ruled out that option for you.

Since you can't do that, you can use the Backup and restore function on the phone to achieve the same thing. You don't need to root your phone to do that.

Just backup your apps, contacts, etc to your external SD card, do a factory reset then restore your backup then you should be good after that.

2hrs..power banks charge normally, some can be annoyingly slow, some a lil bit fast, depends on d one u buy sha..also ur battery capacity determine how fast it will charge to.lets say two hours for hot note.even more cos my l6 takes 3hrs...
