If buhari sent the inauguration letter. And made some APC senators absent from the inauguration and election. When even lai mohammed said buhari is not the leader of the APC. who pulled a fast one. Buhari is behind Saraki's victory. The last thing he and northerners would want his Tinubu calling the shot in the senate. Same scenario will play out in the house.
