The APC guy that nominated Munguno goofed real time when he said the reason was because Munguno is APC's choice and so he stands with his Party, so PDP members voted for the one that is not an APC choice. PDP did everything today to spite and counter APC and they succeeded

Now that the PDP has made its statement, let's see who really is the opposition. The APC leadership adopted Ahmed Lawan, he lost. They adopted Ali Ndume, he lost. They adopted Femi Gbajabiamila, he lost. They adopted Mohammed Monguno. He lost! So who's really in control?
