I noticed the speaker of my infinix hot note is no more working. The phone doesnt ring out when I receive calls and also no sound when I play video or audio except I use ear piece. I checked audio profile settings the volume is at max.

I ordered it from jumia and was delivered to me on 19th of May, 2015. What are the things I need to do to correct this. Thanks as you help

I have it. Returning it tomorrow. It's either bad or faulty. Mine is 20,000mah,and cant charge a 2600mah battery up to 80%.

Still on battery test. The screenshot below shows that I've been using my phone for over 4hrs and the battery dropped to just 50%. Which means I've been using my phone continuously, on H/H+, browsing, downloading, and calls mostly, few minutes of music and game, and only just turning the screen off for a few seconds at intervals. At this rate I could have gone for another 4hrs plus, which may bring the usage to about 9hrs continuously. Most lesser phones would have gone flat by now, and so it is of my opinion that the infinix note battery is truly what they say it is. Let me know what you think guys.

If u tink ur ba3 is really gud n dat u are a heavy user (gaming, browsing , chatting, listening to music, with 3G network on (like som Pple will say), plus oda tinz), I challenge u, post ur ba3 usage screenshot. Its about time we review dis ba3 stuff sincerely.

Am sorry guyz, am nt witch-hunting any1, neida ar my hating on dis phone. Am jus trying to make bare my observations n to let som Pple know dat dia ba3 might not b as bad as they thought. Cos if 1 wants to go by d screenshots posted on dis thread, I knw dia will b som Pple dat might contemplate returning d phone back to infinix carlcare. Am jus doing dis so dat we all might enjoy our phone by managing our ba3. Carlcare too will recieve less ba3 ish complaint.

D botton line is dat we shuldn't judge our phone (IHN n IHNP) by d screenshots we are seeing here. Infact, the screenshots only means dat som Pple can 'manage' dia ba3 verywell

Well it seems to be working out differently for different folks. For me, my tale is certainly not of pleasure. I got this phone strictly because of the battery and that seems to be simply my undoing- perhaps I got a very defective device, because the battery seems to be competing vigorously with Usain Bolt on who gets to zero faster, and I would be kind if I described the speaker output as terrible. Long story short; I am selling a less than 2 weeks phone at 30% loss. I dont want problems neither do I have the stomach for customer service aches: an email I sent to Infinix was not attended to for 3days until I sent a reminder which stirred them to a creepy reply a day later. Well am here to ask for assistance; can somebody put me through on how to easily and safely get this phone back to factory settings so that I can give it to the new owner first thing tomorrow morning. Thank you

Jus to chip in som oda tinz. When infinix said dis phones can last 2 whole dayz witout charging, d last time I checcked, they neva mentioned anytin like 'under heavy usage'. Abi na me no knw hw to read book again. Or dat my glasses ar failing me. .

And to be truthful to u guyz, av even sent Jumia n infinix mail ystday telling dem about how I tink my ba3 has defects from the factory using d screenshot I saw here as my benchmark. It ws after going tru those SS n analyzing dem dat I realized dat I might b wrong after all. I felt sorry cos I accused dem wrongly. Cos I ws like 'am using dis tin too heavily nw, hw come my own ba3 usage n screenshot ws diffrent from those I saw'? Lolz.

I think you got a defective one, i used it to charge my IFHNP with the stock usb from 12:18am before i slept it was 41% by 1.12am only to wake by 4.30am and meet my phone fully charged and the pb was just one bar short, even though might no be 30,000mAh per say but it can go a long way on serving me because i believe my fone got full by let's say 2.30am.
