my injoo note fell and was slightly damaged
pls can somone hear mah cry and tell me where to fix it.....i have suferred touchpad issues for 5months
injoo customer care is no longer picking my call

Engineers in the house please help ! A friend has one Tecno L3 device that stops at tecno screen when booting, he then took it to a phone repairman for solution. The man however flashed the phone but the problem now is that the phone isn't detecting any of the sim cards again after flashing ........ Please help !!

Try this. . .
Goto settings>app manager, then force stop the two apps.
Let me know how it goes. . .

I think the phone should be taken back to the repairman. . . don't you?
He should know how to go about it, since he handled the first issue, which obviously lead to the second.

My bb torch 1 keypad usually stop workin. I ve to start pressin the button randomly b4 it picks again although the touchscreen will stil b workin durin that time

Hey guys I have two problems with my techno h6
The first is that I have been unable to share files with xender or flashare I am only able to share when I first download xender but after it would always write "no connection check feedback"
The second problem is watching videos which I collected on my phone onto my 32gig memory card from 2diffrent laptops but when I want to play it, "it would say can't play video"
Please help guys it's really frustrating . Thanks.

If it is an android phone got "setting"..."app" when you reach a screen that display all app look for Gmail click. on gmail
You will some options clicck on clear data that's all

Thank for your reply .... The man isn't ready to help he claimed that he only flashed the phone . But I m very sure that something might had went wrong wen he was flashing the phone

pls what do u mean by did I flash a custom rom... if you did change back to the stock rom? pls explain further on the issue of

I mean did you change the software that came with the phone..to the software of another

And have you tried hard reseting your phone

Okay uninstall the app, then using file manager goto Android>obb or data, and delete every folder related to those apps, then reinstall the app.

Hmm. . . let me comment my reserve.
Anyway, we're not sure of it is a hardware issue (Sim port) or software issue.
Take it to another engineer and hear wah he has to say.
Coz as things are, I can't say exactly what is wrong. Pls I hope you understand.


OR

If you have access to a genuine custom ROM, flash it on your phone, and see if it works. It could be that the ROM he flashed on your phone came with that fault as a bug. (I'm just saying tho')

The battery of my p5 isn't lasting for long. it drains faster than normal.

Use the battery till it is dead and charge it to 100% while it is switched off...it should be better and if not change the battery
