I noticed the speaker of my infinix hot note is no more working. The phone doesnt ring out when I receive calls and also no sound when I play video or audio except I use ear piece. I checked audio profile settings the volume is at max.

I ordered it from jumia and was delivered to me on 19th of May, 2015. What are the things I need to do to correct this. Thanks as you help

You may have to send them an email: care@etisalat.com.ng. It should contain scanned copy of your receipt, phone IMEI, your number.

But I think they have modified what they give for the device purchased.

Finally picked up my note pro cos of the positive reviews iv been reading on here.I hope I don't regret it cos I see some pple complaining about their batteries not lasting long like others...I have not been able to use it tho cos no light to charge it,getting tired of waiting and tempted to charge with Gen..

Abeg charge am with gen jare, no shaking so far e no b tiger, like elemax, or elepaq, 3.5kva is gud to go, i used gen for my first charge. Could not wait phcn seized power for 48hrs

By 6pm wen i get home I'll snap, d performance is ok, was on for 4hrs my fone gat full when due only one bar removed, remained three bars tho i still dey suspect d pb sef, my brother's anker powerbank of 10,000mah just arrived sef, looks quite different, so original he ordered direct from Amazon.
