Don't be decieved Saraki does not have much supporters in the APC, there are 59 APC senators and 51 are loyal to Lawan, so saraki has only 7 supporters from his party. Many of them might still leave him in the event of party diciplinary actions.

4. Which is first APC or Nigeria?

Initially, i could'nt understand why he was all over the place campaigning, lobbying, etc for the position. Even during the PDP era, i cannot recollect any senate member that did so much public noise making on his or her desire to occupy any position in the senate.

then, i just put 1+1 together. . . . gbam ! EFCC

what APC should have done was re-organise the whole zoning formula by allocating that position to another geo-political zone. although,that would have led to some murmuring but definately not this whole mess we are seeing

1. Saraki can't be expelled like that, you need 2/3 majority[what APC doesn' have]
2. Saraki can't leave APC- a new supreme Court judgment just stripped a member of the house who left his party so don't hope to see that many defections again.
3. Buhari isn't showing any sign of weakness, he Promised from day 1 not to interfere with the NA.
3. The NA isn't aggrieved and I don't see how Saraki leading the Senate will stop PMB from implementing whatever plans he has for Nigerians

Saraki may not get the coperation he requires from the APc, it is a battle he will not win since this ding-done affair could mar his tenure. Look at it, nobody is talking about Dogara because Apc know he won his fair and square. Once Saraki found out he had the numbers, why conduct the election without Apc, the doctrine of necessity will eventually catch up with Saraki as he will be the negotiation tool between Apc and Pdp later on in this democracy.

saraki doesn't need to appease or reach out to them , they will come back in trickles as the days go by. The tinubu faction in the senate are not against saraki because of democracy sake ,but because of their selfish desires,which ever factions controls the senate will be the faction that will have all the juicy senate committee chairmanship posts and they will be the ones which will be the darling of the executive arm of govt. Right now ,committee chairmanship positions will be shared between atiku,saraki and pdp factions leaving the tinubu faction empty.
