someone should please help me. I have an srt 4669xii that I have been trying to use in tracking a satellite but all to no avail. I assume the cable is Ok from the signal level but the quality just doesn't change at all during the tracking. I have been using the decoder for more than three years now.

Is your decoder fake or original?Formerly,my 4669x11 has a directive signal bar but since it upgraded itself it doesn't direct me anymore,the only thing is when you've gotten the satellite that's when it'll turn green.Have you tried your decoder with an already installed satellite to see if the decoder is ok?

from ur pics above, u re trying to track multi TV but unfortunately that's not d tp. Track with 12522v27000

Make sure u're using the right parameters. cos i could see a wrong symbol rate for multi tv on the picture posted(instead of 27000). That's if u're tracking multi tv though.

yes I know d symbol rate has to be right to hit green. I have tried an already tracked Dstv dish and still no changes at all. The signal quality neither decreases nor increases

i received just 4 station there Mindset learn, Mindset health Trenet and one University tv station and under eutelsat70b i received 8 station with this frequency 11045 v 30000 k24 ebru Africa, family tv1 etc

U dnt need to retrack. nxt tym just change lnb first, connect direct, if it works, then try it with ur switch(diqsec) to see if it is still good. then if not, change both. it is only strong wind dat will require tracking again. or just small shift to the left or ryt.

@benzberch please let us carry everyone along on this matter because assuming that you take your decoder to him and get it fixed by him now what can we that leaves in Nigeria do to get the software, so i think the best thing for him to do is place it here or send the link to us through email, whatsup or better still to invite us to the linuxsat or whichever he thinks is OK by him but we should just need to persuade him to come to assistance on this thanks and peace

A friend text me at office that mbc2 is gone.... But i can only confirm it here.... Pls is it true or maybe its my friend signal quality...
