Anyway, there's also rectal prolapse, warts, cysts. If it is appearing and disappearing, possibly reducible prolapsed rectum or hemorrhoids. It just means just that, it can spontaneously go back and forth.

Go to your regular doctor and get a digital rectal exam; + or - anoscope to visualize your rectum.

The erectio*n problem may not be directly related to the lump, perhaps as an side effect but not common.

It's most likely hemorroids. Constipation can precipitate hemorroids due to straining. Piriton, as in the allergy medicine? Anyway, one of side effects of allergy medicines (with anticholinergic properties) does include constipation and at times erectile dysfunction.

I would recommend stopping piriton, if you have anxiety and sleep problems, have your doctor prescribe more appropriate anti-axiety/sleep aid medicines.

For consipation, drink more water and increase dietary fiber rich foods. Fiber and water does soften stool, so will improve hemorroids. If painful, then anusol and sitz bath may help you.

Anemia: means you have inadequate (below reference range) red blood cells to carry oxygen to your tissues. It can be from numerous causes. Most common perhaps dietary lack (iron, vitamins), chronic disease, sickle cells, hemolytic etc.
Leucocytosis: typically due to infection, inflammation, allergies or leukemia.
This result has to be interpreted based upon your symptoms/signs. I cannot deduce much else.
If your liver is enlarged, get full hepatitis workup panel, liver function tests and ultrasound.

For now, she can wear padded underwear like pads (but heavier). Set a timer every half hour, so she can get up and go and urinate. Is she having any complaints or physical symptoms that she is complaining of other than her bedwetting? She can also monitor her fluid intake especially nearing night times. Get to a health center, start with simple blood work that include CBC (blood count), basic chemistry profile, and serum glucose (sugar) measurement. Consider KUB

You want to rule out: diabetes and urinary tract infection and abnormalities and diabetes and sleep disruptions such as sleep apnea.

For more in depth workup: include urodynamic testing (to determine if urological cause for her urinary incontinence. This can be performed by a GP (general practitioner or your doctor), but it is best if done by a urologist.

Can also sleep studies as well.

I do not live in Nigeria, but start with your a health clinic, from there she can obtain an evaluation and then a referral to a psychotherapist or a specialist as deemed necessary.

That should not keep you from seeking help though. The only thing that should going thru your doctor's mind when listening or examining you is what the differentials are for your diagnoses; that is: he should be trying to figure out what may be the issue with you and what to do about it.

Also, if you are in malaria endemic area, check for malaria with CBC + diff or just peripheral smear.

What is your age range? Assume you are young and healthy otherwise, it is most likely constipation. Drink lots of water, eat leafy veggies and fruit, consume less red meat. Eat more fiber enriched food substances.

Age? medical problems? Medications like steroid? Injuries? Occupation etc that involves twisting, bending?

Does it travel up spine or down the legs? Any numbness, tingling? Problems urinating or defecating?

If you are 26 and healthy, it's likely just muscle strain/sprain or lumbago. Have you tried back stretching exercises, pain reliever, warm heat?

Or what you have tried and what helps or hurts the pain?

Also I have been having this nasal congestion for a long time now. One nostril will just get blocked especially towards the evening and I have to blow vigorously before it is cleared a little. I dont think it is catarrh and the nostril will be sparingly moist, I have tried ovitrine drops still not clearing. What can I do?

Consider getting a doctor look at your nose, need to make sure it is not obstructed by either mass or foreign object-though unlikely.

If it's just nasal congestion due to allergies, try allergy medicines such as anti-histamine and decongestants.

Viagra and Tramadol should not be a problem. Do use each judiciously though as they both still have side effects on their own.

Need to be careful with viagra and blood pressure pills though--as it can depress your blood pressure leading to extreme hypotension.

Try ear wax removal kits such as Debrox, is an ear wax removal agent, but the fly is part of your ear secretions now. So, it is just as well.

Some kits are over the counter, so try your chemist store if they have one. Do not insert sharp object into ear canal, you may incur more damage.

Internal injury? Have you been in accidents? Have you taken your temperature with thermometer? Any medical issues? Any other symptoms?
