Beyond The Coach`s Fault, That Goal Was The Keeper`s Fault, Though, He Saved Us Too

There is nothing that can be done now, i don't really know their plans or how they planned to win these Germans, it is obviously not working and no plan B. angry
this defeat is the coach's fault. how can let nacho and yahaya stay on the bench for 90 mins when u needed a goal?

Awoniyi don shout 'Aah' like 100 times. Them don frustrate am finish

I doubt the coach did his homework on this team. Not even one shot on target

True he had a chance and fluffed it but damn...the performance was just, I don't know, very sad to watch.

Personally I expected a better performance.

Until we remove sentiments from football in Nigeria, we will keep getting this type of results.

Why thinker with the world conquering U17 so much just two years after?

I will made a bold prediction and say, this group of players will still not form the core of the super eagles in four years time. Whereas, the Spanish golden generation ( Xavi, Casillas and Co ) were the core of their team to Nigeria 99. Also, the average age of the German team that won the last world cup is just 24...

We do not develop talent as a group here.

Back to the invisible drawing board.

Enaholo cost us this game (partly).

Then the whole team, short passes, aimless passes and lack of direct shot at goal, what happened to all the shots takers? were the players that played not the same guys that had numerous shots at goal in previous games?

They played like tired kids.

The coach also failed to bring in players that could boss the game.

except Yahaya is injured, i wonder why he didnt use him.

to put salt for injury, he ended up bringing in a DM when we needed a goal.

Una all don smoke german manure.

The only reason we lost this game is cos of the coach.

He either knowingly or unknowingly lost.

Shame a man bereft of ideas is at the helm of affairs.

Edwin okon is next, I'm sure he would frustrate the efforts of a talented squad.

Can't we have a tactically sound coach in nigeria?... What a shame

All those awoniyi fans can finally see how ordinary he is.
When we talk they call us haters
Just like welbeck, awoniyi's workrate is useless against technical superior players of the same age grade.
Iheanacho stood a better chance of scoring today.

A good football analyst would know that these boys are far from exceptional. They did their best, but from the first game against brazil, i sensed they wont go far. Bringing the same set of u-17 to this competition was not the problem, our footballer just like hip pop stars are very bad at managing stardom.
