If at first you don't succeed, don't give up just try again. Reapply, and see another VO. I have friends who were denied in May and got it this week. Same birthing purpose, same documents, only increased the funds in their bank accts.

I think that's the thing they usually do, the same v.o that interviewed you previously can't interview you again,you have to be interviewed by another, I think someone once shared a transcript where he was going to be interviewed by the same v.o that refused him previously and he had to pass his documents to another v.o

Hello, I will advice u to go with ur hubby wen next u reapply. These are the possible reasons;

1. The VO will be wandering what will ur hubby be doing without assisting you.
2. Secondly make sure u use another VO wen next u go.
3. Don't use Texas as ur POE use New york, Chicago etc

They didn't wait o! After the first refusal in May, they vexed and reapplied a few days after but didn't get a date till June. The wife is already very heavy.

you are very correct. It happened to me. The VO simply told me he can't interview me again since he was the one that refused me that another VO will review my case.

Had my visa interview yesterday but was refused; worst part is can't seem to place my hansd on what went wrong, so I'm skeptical about reappling for fear of rejection.

I really wish I knew what I shouldn't have done or should have done. Was pretty confident from all the learnings I had garnered here.

Background:

Applied for B2, used Lagos, married, self sponsored, travelling alone, budget of about 12.1K , Oakbend medical center, precious cedars for 10 weeks accommodation, Dr FF. SOA balance of about 3.5M in 2 banks with very good inflow and outflow. First time applicant to US, previously travelled for holiday to Ghana and Dubai. Work for a multinational.23weeks gone.

Transcript(in no particular order):

It seemed like I was her first interviewee or she just came from a break cos she had window blinds half way down her window and was settling down with a cup of coffee or something. Quite formal Black woman, no smiles etc. Hardly had eye contact, cos she kept typing, her fingers were so fast.Seemed to take forever, cos she kept typing.

My dear, so sorry about the refusal. I also applied in Jan and was interviewed by the same woman. You can reapply again but make sure she doesn't interview you again this time. I've heard a lot About that black woman. She is the only black lady there and she is really mean. I also don't think it's necessary to go with your husband when next you want to reapply unless it's necessary that he travels with you. I was granted the visa the 2nd time I applied in April and I went alone. I almost got interviewed by the black woman again but I made sure someone else interviewed me. Better luck next time

God forbid if her husband attention is needed in the US how will they resolve it? The VO reason outside the box. Even though her hubby is not joining her on the trip let him go with her to get the visa.

So una never hear of google? Na wa o. I'm not calling yall slow but one would think that it's common sense to type in what u are looking for in Google and select anyone nearest to ur address. Use google maps pls and also google earth to see what the area looks like.

Got one now tho the bill stated normal delivery and CS but I paid fully for normal delivery and have all evidence. Going back in 2weeks time but don't know the chances of being granted the visa.
