Akwa Ibom is not only clean because of governance but also the neatness of the people

I noticed that the same Lagosians who cry about Lagos being dirty are the same ones who fail to deal with their refuse properly - rubbish should not be thrown on the street and especially not into the storm drain.

It's too easy to blame 'leaders' in Nigeria for general bad habits - people need to be forced into thinking rationally.
