Your Excellency Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola,

I wish to express the heartfelt disdain of all Batch B Corp members presently serving in the State of Osun with just few weeks to our passing out. It was joyous when many of us received our call up
letters into NYSC showing that our orientation would be in the NYSC Permanent orientation camp, Ede with the State of Osun being our abode for the next 365 days.

> It was with greater joy when many heard that the State of Osun pays a monthly stipend of #5,000 and we received the news to register our bio-data at our various zonal offices and the State
Ministry of finance in Osogbo. Little did we know that it was going to be an effort in futility as months after this bio-data registration which some of us spent money as corp members to go and do, we have not received a beep on our mobile phones on behalf of the state government!

> This letter have become a thing of necessity as it is being claimed in some quarters that the money for our allowances have been released by your esteemed office but it has been pocketed by
some individuals.

> As a corp member, life has been quite expensive as indigenes try to take full advantage of our ignorance of the goods and services
offered by the host community, hence the palliative measure being put in place by some state governments to help corp members absorb the shock of been in an alien environment beside
the allowance being received from the Federal Government which have never ceased.

> I would like to appeal to your excellency to use your good office to look into this matter urgently as it’s been also rumored in some quarters that your esteemed office have planned to delay the
money till our passing out hence our forfeiting of the allowance.

> Please give this open letter your kind and fast consideration as all efforts to get to you privately have proved abortive.

> Thank you Sir
